It was an enjoyable read. Young is dogmatic in the right places. It is not extensive commentary as these are taken from address in the last year of his life 1967.
I thought there was a nice gem in the appendix justifying the Westminster Confession ch7 section 2 wording on the Covenant with man.
"The first covenant made with man was a covenant of works,wherein life was promised to Adam, and in him to his posterity,upon condition of perfect and personal obedience."
He simply and logically set out the case that this is correct held and prefers to call it the covenant of life.
