Most of these are pretty common sense but I guess some people might need to hear it again from someone else. While some of the techniques are good, some can be pretty victim-blaming (especially the "having the courage to say no" chapter) I wish the author would take into account of various circumstances surrounding a person, instead of blaming everything on "you're just afraid".

這本書幫助了我更了解自己的情緒,從而對情緒控制產生了更大的認識及興趣。作者先解釋了人們產生負面情緒的原因,當中包括很多看似很微小的日常生活習慣,但作者令我明白到這些微小的事情已足以帶來一連串的負面情緒。作者也講解分享了不同令我們在日常生活也能感到幸福快樂的秘訣及方法,也分享了會令我們產生負面情緒的習慣和思維方式。看完這本書後,我更深入地明到情緒控制及感到快樂的方法。

這本書主要是講如何處理情緒,而不是如何面對情緒勒索,內容都比較表面,作用不大,但好處是排版清楚,容易令人理解重點,適合一些想簡單了解如何面對情緒的人。

大概三个半小时看完。作为一本轻量级阅读的书籍,能够起到提醒在情绪管理中还有哪些可以改进的地方。能学到东西又不会读到很累很费脑。文中一些例子和观点不敢苟同,但其中提到的森田疗法和常用的佛洛依德重视童年经验的观点恰恰相反,蛮有趣的。
