I thought the book could be more thorough. Considering that it is about finance and real estate math, I thought the practice problems and worksheets left a lot to be desired. It was mostly repetitive of everything I read in an introduction to real estate book. I got little additional information from this one.

I go through the lessons every week. After seeing the movie "the big short". I became so disappointed in the banking system, the stock market and how things were manipulated. This way I can get a better understanding about how the system was developed and can move around with a better understanding of finances in real estate
