Pollux brings together key psychological principles for building mental toughness, in a concise review of common organizational methods like using calendars and goal setting. I recommend this book as a quick review for people looking to increase their motivation and energy management to Get Things Done.

This book desperately needed a proof reader. It appears English is not the authors first language and it was hard to follow due to missing words and incorrect words.
