This is a short children’s book. It follows a group of kids who are trying to get rid of their annoying dog and get caught up in a bank robbery. This book was an okay read for me. The plot was fine and I think it would appeal more to someone younger than me. There were some funny moments which I really enjoyed and one thing I loved was the writing. It was simple but very smooth and much better than what I would expect from a children’s book. The characters were funny. There were some hilarious references. Spike, the dog also speaks his thoughts and that was really fun to read.
