Short story collections can sometimes be a bit hit and miss. Trumpland is an exception. Each story in this is written superbly. The collection begins with Hel's Fury by Leland Lydecker. A horrible start (in the best sense of the word) to the collection which really sets the tone for what's to follow. A tale of violence, bigotry, and revenge. This is followed by The Declaration by Branden Frankel. A post-apocalyptical story that reminded me of The Road, bleak as hell. The next story is Gringa by ...more
