The only thing interesting are the Korean recipes for the instant pot. It is rife with errors. Ratatouille- a classic “Italian”?? dish - don’t think so. The obviously American Julia Child referred to as having an “English” accent - since when? Does anyone edit these things? “Dr.” Lee - turns out to be a holistic practitioner and it’s clear from her mistakes that she is out of touch with the food world. Also, as others have pointed out, many recipes are not that low in carbs.

This book is terribly organized. The index is a jumbled mess. Many of the recipes are not that low carb. Lastly it will often recommend u grab that specialized dish that is ‘deep dish and fits inside the instant pot’ or ‘a loaf pan that fits inside the instant pot’....NO ONE HAS THOSE!!!

I did enjoy reading through this cookbook but didn't find the type of recipes were something I would make on an everyday bases...well presented just not my style. I gave this book 3.5 out of 5 stars!

Several great recipes but a lot of the carb counts seem a little high. Tapioca flour/starch is included which is NOT keto-friendly so a substitution such as almond flour or xanthan gum is needed.
