Literally, A Gem. I have seen books focussing on one aspect of life like Leadership, Concentration, Communication, being happy, etc. but this has everything in it. After reading this, I'm very much interested in reading all the 1330 couplets with the explanations. Similes that he used while writing these couplets just blew me away.
Never felt the importance of it during school days but I'm glad that I've realised that at least now.

anyone who knows anything about leadership while also being interested in history and a phenomenon called Thiruvalluvar, must read this. way before christ when he wrote these 7 word couplets, in 133 chapters comprising 10 couplets in each chapter, he was already in the future in his mind. to believe his writings are so poignant, prudent and apropos today is eerily crazy. Well, for one, i am not complaining!!!!!
