*Small-town succubus meets snow white and they prove that all you need really is love.*

All his life, Sebastian has wanted to live in New York. Now he's there, and it's . . . underwhelming. He has no family, friends, or even close acquaintances there, and a personal tragedy has left him feeling more isolated than ever before. Maybe he's a small-town succubus after all. He's

Succubus and the City was a fun little addition to the Rowan Harbor Cycle series.

The story follows succubus Sebastian - a resident of Rowan Harbor who is away in NYC for college - as he fortuitously meets a captivating guy named Finn and gets swept up in Finn’s magical family’s life and death dramatics.

For the first time in the series, we have a story set away from Rowan Harbor itself. Although this was fast-paced, fairly exciting, and even a little sexy, I found myself missing the sm

A nice interlude about Sebastian, brother to one of the MC’s of the Rowan Harbor series.

Is this a necessary read? No, though it shouldn’t be read as a stand alone, lest you don’t mind not being lost knowing who is who is who, but it had a bit of action and magic lending a broader insight to the fantastical community in this AU as a whole.

Surprisingly, the smexiest entry of the series by far. This was an enjoyable detour, and I was not disappointed.

Succubus and the City is more adjacent to the The Rowan Harbor Cycle series and does not feature any of the three main couples.

Sebastian, brother to Sean (lover of Jesse), is waylaid one night in New York City to pick up his drunk roommate, and gets involved in a far more dangerous situation helping a stranger, Finn, elude kidnapping and murder. Told in Sebastian's single POV, this is a fast paced urban fantasy suspense, with a couple of twists, and a happy, if quick, ending. I enjoyed the susp

Cute interlude in the Big Apple with Sean's brother Sebastian finding himself getting into a feuding witch problem.

Finn was a riot and I'd love to read more about these two in the future.

This free novella is part of the Rowan Harbor Cycle universe, but it sets in New York City rather than Rowan Harbor. It features Sebastian Anderson -- he is the son of Frank and Leah Anderson; (view spoiler) -- a succubus that hasn't fully grasped his power yet. Then he is roped into helping a gorgeous specimen of a man that brings a whole set of trouble

A short, enjoyable caper with some really fun characters. I would love to read more of Finn and Sebastian’s adventures!

Cute short story starring Sebastian from Rowan Harbor and Finn from New York City. Sebastian has just returned from his mothers funeral, questioning if he should even be in the city. He has no friends and is lonely. A late night call to pick up his room mate turns into an unforgettable adventure. Finn is a witch who has had his powers binded. To get them back he has to perform a ritual. He needs Sebastian to help him. The evil stepmother (yes it's that kind of story) captures them and imprisons ...more

This short features Sebastian, Sean's brother, and is loosely based on a famous fairy tale.

This is as well written as the other stories. It suffers slightly only from its lack of place since it is set in New York rather than Rowan Harbour. And it isn't connected to the events happening there.

It was cute entertaining fun. A little spin on fairy tales, it was a fun read over all. I would’ve loved more depth and action but overall it was good.

This is my first venture into the Rowan Harbor Cycle so I have no idea about the books prior to this one. Be that as it may, I found this short fantasy narrative enjoyable with its interesting characters and a not-too complicated storyline.

Sweet little fairy tale romance. Sebastian is from Rowan Harbor but going to college in NYC. Finn is trying to break the curse his evil stepmother put on him.

BTW, it took a bit to find this little freebie so here is the link for others;

This was a fun little short. I love the succubus stories. I found the action to be really good in this one too. I felt it added to the overall story too.
