Astrid's Description: Enjoy being sucked into a world of faeries and magic. Seriously, you'll come out of it realizing you are starving and need to pee, because you couldn't put the book down.

I have read and loved every book Danika has written for this series thus far. As you can imagine, this one is included. The writing is still amazing and captivating. Danika has a talent for world building and character development and relationships. These books in this series are very creative and the characters, places, and languages are very imaginative. You get caught up in the characters and want to know what happens to them (especially Brigitta and for me Minq and Narru and the relationship between Brigitta and Jarlath and her connection to the Dragon and how that pans out) and you do have strong feelings against Croilus the villain of the book due to t ...more

Shelves: faeries
This last in the series was as well written and engaging as the others, but I wonder if there will be a conclusion. This came out in 2018 and the 6th book was supposed to be out last year.
