Toni has done it again. Written a story of hurting characters and God’s grace with just a splash of humor. For those looking to read a book immersed in prayer with characters authentically struggling in a godly way with life, you really need to check out Toni’s books.

Belle Peterson seeks refuge and a fresh start while navigating the unfamiliar waters of her newfound faith. I love her heart cry for being made new and leaving her old self behind yet the past and her shame leaves Belle feeling unworthy of love and happiness.

Micah Campbell is the traditional, all-American (tall, dark, and handsome) boy next door. He loves Jesus, his country, and serving others. Micah values obedience to God's commands over his own will and tha

No one does sweet Christian romance with depth like Toni Shiloh. I loved the third installment of the Maple Run series.

“…don’t let fear keep you from the abundant life He’s promised you.”

Toni Shiloh always does such a great job of writing hurting characters with authenticity and grace – and weaving a story of hope and healing through their journey toward God and each other. Tucked in between are delightful bits of humor and romance and friendship that keep a smile on your face – and keep the story from being too heavy.

Belle is one of my favorite heroines that Shiloh has written so far – she’s stronger

Love-especially God’s—wins the day

Belle has a hidden shame she’s desperately trying to turn from in her newfound life of faith. Micah “Soup” Campbell has his own history, but mostly this is Belle’s story of leaving fear and wrong thinking behind and understanding her freedom in Christ. I loved Micah’s gentle friendship and displays of self control, even as he’s tested in his prayers for patience.

Familiar names and faces from the first two Maple Run books bring levity, sweetness, and grace while

What a great opening thought! Enduring Love is a fresh and inspiring contemporary romance full of grace, redemption, and new beginnings. Along with Belle and Micah’s romance is a little suspense and subtle humor. Characters from the previous two stories are actively involved, but Enduring Love easily sta

Fear is something which can take hold and cause you to miss the beautiful things God has in store for your life. Fear is something Belle is fighting because of things which happened in her life, and choices she made which were wrong. She’s also struggling with knowing what is true, and if she’ll ever be able to find love again.
Micah (Soup) is a co-worker and want-to-be-friend to Belle. He has some pretty deep hurts and is trying to work through the pain and memories. (Well, if you call avoiding

I always love returning to Maple Run. This time we see a newcomer to town, Belle. A new Christian, she is trying to start a new life and put the past behind her. It's easier said than done. She has been hurt but believes it's her fault. Slowly, she begins to let people in. Micah wanting more but promising to be “just a friend” takes things at her pace. Our friends at The Pit all welcome her as if she were part of the family, even Mrs. Williams.

Belle is starting over after having a bad marriage, goes to a small town to be a nurse at a doctor office. Such an beautiful name and loved that she was a nurse. She meets Micah that also works at the doctor office. I really loved all the friendships she made. Micah also had a failed marriage. The book is about starting over, forgiveness of others and self to overcome things from the past. So cool that Belle loved to tell jokes. I could really feel the emotions of the characters an

Enduring Love is an enjoyable return to Maple Run! I especially liked getting to know Belle, a new believer trying to put her former life behind her. Author Toni Shiloh reveals Belle's past in bits and pieces, with the full story not coming out until the very end. I really enjoyed this slow unveiling, as it kept me engaged in the story.

Micah and Belle have a sweet relationship, and Micah is, well, just wonderful. Their romance progresses very slowly, as Belle is quite skittish due to her past, a

I want to live in Maple Valley!
Some tough topics in a story set in the wonderful town of Maple Valley, Virginia. Such a warm and cozy atmosphere with lovely people. Just the place Belle needs in order to heal. She has resurrected her nursing degree after a painful breakup with her abusive husband. A co worker, ex military Micah, tries to be her friend. Can he help thaw the beautiful lady. They are both Christians but sometimes coming back from trauma takes a while. Belle finds friendship, fulfi

I love the strong faith themes in this author’s reads! Once Christ indwells, our past has been erased, God’s forgiveness is present, and Christians need to show that forgiveness. This book has some great messages on faith and forgiveness. The strong themes of faith and a relationship with Christ are why I read these books. So well done in Enduring Love.

A second chance at love!

Belle had a rough start but a happy ending thanks to God not giving up on her and sending a loving man to help her see she was worthy of a second chance at love. Micah was so good for her. I wasn't ready for the story to end!

I always enjoy reading novels by Toni Shiloh. Her writing is fresh, captivating, and encouraging. In the Maple Run Series, the first two books Buying Love and Finding Love introduce endearing characters in a charming Virginia town with a family-run diner called the Maple Pit that poses as a rendezvous point around good home style food.

Enduring Love is set in this same town and brings the former characters into the life of Belle Peterson, a nurse at Maple Run’s Family Practice. She chooses Maple

This book was part of a series but it easily stood alone. Micah and Belle both had major disappointments in their lives. They had been hurt and scarred by their pasts. Is there a way for them to find peace and the happiness they deserve?
Abusers can convince their victims that they are the reason they are abused. They are at fault. Belle needed GOD in her life. He was the only one that could convince her that she did nothing wrong. She was God's creation and she was forgiven.

I have a confession to make. I want to move to Maple Run. Toni Shiloh paints a picture of the cutest town, with people who care about each other and look out for each other. And yes, it may also have something to do with the fantastic food I drool over every time I read one of these books! I was so happy to be back visiting the characters I have grown to love - especially Delaney. I just love her! But these two "newish" characters (we've met Micah before) brought this series to another level for ...more

What Did I Find Endearing about Enduring Love?
Every once in a while, an author takes a common theme and writes an uncommonly good book with it. I’d say that Toni Shiloh has done this with Enduring Love.

But what’s so endearing about it? Well, what about characters? Belle. Her name belies a hard, pain-filled past and yet personifies who she is inside and out—a beautiful woman. She’s rich, layered, and inconsistent. And, in this book, she should be. It fits her character.

I really enjoyed reading this emotional story. One of the hardest things to do is overcome your past. If you allow it, it can cause you to continue on a downward spiral. You can ask for forgiveness, but until you believe you are forgiven the enemy will continue to remind you of it. I'm sure we have all done something that we were ashamed of. Belle believes she is damaged and no one will ever want her. I felt her pain and guilt as she tried to start over in a new town. She has a hard time of lett ...more

Enduring Love is the third book in Toni Shiloh’s Maple Run series and I was super excited to read it. I have loved the first two books and I knew that I would enjoy this one. Enduring Love features Belle Peterson, a woman who is seeking sanctuary in Maple Run trying to start her life over. Micah Campbell doesn’t understand Belle or why she is so uptight, but the gentle whispers of God are telling him to befriend her. How do I even begin to describe all the things I loved about this book?! Well, for starters it's TONI SHILOH! She is one of my all-time favorite authors, and I know without a doubt that I would be enthralled with a phone book or appliance owner's manual if Toni was the one writing it! All Belle wants is a fresh start. Micah thinks he wants to date Belle, but he is still reeling from his ex-wife's choices. Belle feels that if Micah knew her story, he would not want anything to do with her. Can they learn to trust each other?

All of the books in this Maple Run series by Toni Shiloh have focused on prayer. Belle is encouraged to pray about her response to beauty and to how she spends her time. Luke is encouraged to pray about if he should start another relationship.

Another great novel in the Maple Run series! This is book 3 in the series but can definitely be read as a stand-alone. The Maple Run gang, from the Williams family to their friends who are like extended family members, is so full of fun, laughter, and love that I want to become a part of their family! The story is well-written, the plot is easy to follow, the romance is sweet, the characters are lovable and the theme of redemption, grace, and forgiveness is tangible and real.

I absolutely loved this book. I have enjoyed all of Toni Shiloh's books, but this one has to be my favorite. Continuing the Maple Run series, Toni takes us back to visit old friends. The kind of friends everyone needs to have. Friends who are there to help you get through the rough parts, and celebrate the good ones. In this story we meet Belle, a newcomer to town, and a new Christian. She has just come out of an abusive relationship and blames herself for it. She is leery of any new relationshi ...more

I loved that, despite his growing attraction to Belle, Micah is committed to being her friend first. And what makes this guy even more attractive is his willingness to do as God leads him (even if his human nature fights him all the way).

Belle’s story is one that broke my heart (but is way too common). Her heart is in the right place when she “leaves behind her past.” Her attempts at becoming a new creature in Christ are not always on target, but her new friends are there to listen and give insi

Enduring Love is the third book in the Maple Run series. I think you could probably read this as a stand alone, but I would encourage you to go back and read from the start. This is a good series. Toni Shiloh has become one of my favourite authors. Maple Run is a sweet little town. The Pit is a very welcoming place to eat and oh the descriptions of the foods will cause you to think you can smell it as you read it. Belle is new to town and the new nurse at a dr office. Enduring Love is Toni Shiloh’s third book in the Maple Run series, and having read the first two books, I enjoyed catching up with the characters and meeting new ones. As with all of the author’s books, the characters are well-developed and complex. Belle is a new believer, and her struggle to assimilate her faith with day-to-day living is realistic and endearing. Friends and acquaintances help her without being preachy or using platitudes. The issue from her past (won’t say what - don’t want to ...more

I on occasion will indulge in donuts. When I think of some donuts, I think about maple long johns. Maple brings me to recall Toni Shiloh's books, which take place in Maple Run with a restaurant called "The Pit" and they specialize in maple. They put maple into everything, its just not for breakfast anymore!

I’ve had the pleasure of reading a few of Toni Shiloh’s books, and I can honestly say that I have enjoyed every single one I’ve picked up. Each story is unique yet holds the same poignant writing style that is fresh, and honest. With dynamic characters who have real lives and deal with difficult hurdles. The best part for me is that every story is rich with Bible truth.

I enjoyed Micah and Belle's story. Toni's character are so relatable. You can see their strengths and weaknesses in your family and friends. I love how we are reminded of God's grace through them. They are not perfect by any means and still allows God to transform their lives into his perfect purpose. Toni brings to her readers a sense of God wants to speak to you and have a relationship with you. He wants to know every part of you so that you know what is keeping you from surrendering to him.
