September 18, 2019This is a most entertaining book as well as being informative. It sheds light on some of the more irrational beliefs people hold and also gives an insight into why they hold them. I laughed out loud at the chapter on astrology. Highly recommended.

Was hoping this book can give both side of the psychology on believing paranormal but it didn’t. It gave some interesting research on proving paranormal don’t exist but that’s it! And I do believe that yes maybe it doesn’t exist. The chapter that I dislike most is “mediums”. Really you had to believe in ghosts in order to believe in mediums so if psychologists won’t believe that then mediums will never exist so no tests required.

This book logically disproves (or at least gives you doubts about) just about everything I believed in. Yay? lol
