This is the third book I've read from Vivian Gray, specifically the third book in her A Bad Boy MC Baby Romance and I've noticed a repetitive pattern, yes I know they are supposed to be short stories about MC and the girl obviously has a baby, but it seems to be the same story just different variations. The same things happens in all the book in this bad boy MC baby romance; ***kinda a spoiler***Man and woman are forced together, man is president of the MC, man has never loved woman before and no woman could ever hold him down, woman hates the man, man and woman fall for each other, she "unexpectedly" gets pregnant but we could've guessed not only from the title "baby romance" but because they don't use protection, after woman finds out she's pregnant she gets kidnapped, RIGHT before the kidnapper from the rival MC either kill/rape the woman she is saved...what impeccable timing.... they have the baby, big rough and tough MC pres becomes loving father and husband. The end. ***end of the kinda spoiler*** Again, they're short enjoyable reads, but after three of them I'm done. Too predicable and a little too cliche for me. But I will see out of the three I've read--this one has to be my favorite.

Vivian Gray has done it again with this page turner. Jacob and Laurie’s story is intense, compelling, interesting, and a really fast sexy read. The only problem and kind of a big one for me, was his unnecessary and continued violence towards her. Yes, I get dark romance, but this felt, at times, over the line for me. But, a solid second book.

Laurie is sold off to Jacob after being tricked by her addict brother. He intends to use her but finds himself forming a connection.

This is another great MC romance from the author. There is intense chemistry between the characters. There is a lot of danger too that keeps it an exciting read.

Loved it! Hard to put down!

I loved this book! I had a hard time putting it down. I hated the brother for what he did to her. I loved the storyline. The characters were great as well. You really got to know them. It was a bit different then some of the mc books I have read. I can't wait for more from this author! Good stuff?

Good!

I chose this rating because this was a pretty good book. I enjoyed most of the characters. This book was really not one of my favorites. I just in like some of the stuff that one all in the book. But at the end I really enjoyed it. Everything turned out great. I would say overall it was a pretty okay book.

Umm.. this was different. The story got better the more you read, however; it was not the most romantic meeting and was a bit disturbing. Jacob became more attractive when he started having feelings for Laurie. I don't think they ever told each other "I love you". I give it 3.5 stars.

An exciting well written story with  lots of drama, danger, action, sadness, and off the charts hot sizzling chemisty and love.  Laurie raised her self and built a good life after the death of her parents and her brother stringing out on drugs. Jacob is the president of the Black Talons MC.  He goes to an action thinking the girls are there willingly.  However, Laurie's brother tricks her and kidnaps her selling her at an auction for drugs and Jacob happens to be the one to buy and use her. I loved following this story thru all its twists and turns to maybe ending with a HEA. I voluntarily reviewed this standalone ARC.

Not for me

I enjoy all McDonald's books. This is for people into s & m.. Most of them are really good, unfortunately this one is strong and not my style. I think most would like it!
