Join millions of other self-healers and be part of a worldwide self-healing movement. Slap and stretch to rejuvenate your health. Simple, spontaneous, free, and very effective! Sounds unbelievable? This is what Heal Yourself Naturally Now is all about. We all saw the purple spots on Michael Phelps’ back during his swimming competition at the 2016 Olympics in Rio. As reported by CNN and Huffington Post, these purple spots are the results of a Chinese healing technique called “cupping”, which keeps the athletes “injury free and speeds recovery.” For centuries, based on the same principle, as stated in the oracle of Chinese Medicine, Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon, there exists a much more effective technique for PaidaLajin. Over the last several years, PaidaLajin has been spread into 30-plus countries, healing millions of people Trying this technique for yourself is the only way to find out. It takes no more than two weeks to witness its effectiveness. Don’t just read this book. Try our five-minute test to discover hidden blockages to your microcirculation. Microcirculation is composed of all the capillaries that deliver the nutrients to your organs and excrete your toxins. If they are blocked, no nutrients can get in and no toxin can come out. The organ will become sick. The results have already shocked everyone who tried it. This book will also share with you how to discover all the blockages in your body as well as ways to clean them up.

I've never heard of PaidaLajin before getting this book, but I use herbs for healing and have good success with them. I'm always looking for things I can do to limit my need for doctors. I'm only giving this 3 stars rather than a higher number because I don't have personal experience that it works. Next time I have one of the issues this book says PaidaLajin can heal I'll give it a try. I also believe that there is a lot of wisdom in older healing traditions and healing traditions beyond what we in the West are familiar with, so I'm willing to be open minded. I think that stimulating blood flow to certain parts of the body can probably by itself work wonders, so this seems like it could work.

Being a medical professional, you have to be open-minded when it comes to new technologies and practices. You also have to be able to recognize when something is a substitute for medical treatment or an added therapy. I believe this book walks a fine line between describing 'slapping therapy' as a substitute for medical treatments and medications versus an added therapy to relieve symptoms. This book goes into great detail about the body's ability to self-heal, which is remarkable. However, I first became hesitant with this book when the author focused on the negative side effects of medication therapy to treat diseases, such as diabetes. I do not believe 'slapping therapy' has more of a positive effect than medications used to treat this disease, and interpreting information such as this in the wrong way could be dangerous. That being said, I agree that this therapy could be very useful in providing relief for musculoskeletal injuries/issues. I feel like this practice could be useful if performed in the right setting with the proper knowledge.

Fascinating. I've always been a proponent of natural medicine. I have an open mind and feel that there are healthy ways to combat pain. The way pharma companies push medicine on us bothers me and makes me uncomfortable. I'm always looking to natural remedies (have used acupuncture, oils and massage in the past with great success) so this book was intriguing. In all my research, I hadn't heard of slap therapy. The recounts, testimonials and results got my attention. I intend on gifting this to my dad who deals with a litany of ailments and pain. This has, and will serve as an important resource going forward. A definite read!

Prior to reading this book I had never heard of the practice of PaidaLajin, so it was initially quite shocking for me to read about. Especially since I am a Traditional Medicine Healthcare Provider. The book does go into great detail about the importance and benefits of these techniques to your overall health as well as specific recommendations for any type of ailment (i.e. Menstrual pain, Diabetes, Common Colds, etc.). Paida means slapping & Lajin means stretching. I do see where this technique could be beneficial, and don't doubt that it has helped people. I however, would not be able to perform Paida on myself, and struggle with the idea of using this technique in emergency scenarios. The book reports that PaidaLajin is more effective than CPR for acute heart attacks.
I also struggle with believing the concept of "Sha". This is referring to the color of the skin after Paida. Reportedly not from broken blood vessels, but rather from toxic substances decomposing and being removed. It may be true that toxins are being removed, I however believe that the color is from trauma to the tissue (bruising).
I did enjoy reading about Paida, as I do practice Yoga and feel the concept is similar. I also felt the pictures showing the stretches/techniques was helpful.
Overall this is a very educational book on this Chinese Medicine practice.

This was the first time that I had heard of this practice and found it very interesting. I liked how the author discussed the integral parts of the body and how each section of the body is responsible for different things. I do believe that there are natural ways to heal the body and think that natural medicine can be beneficial treatment for certain ailments and illnesses. I also believe that because this book focuses on natural ways of healing versus the more modern forms of treatment to include medicine and surgery, that this can sway readers who are more prone to modern medicine. I thought that this book was very detailed with its information of how to perform Paida Lajin and the benefits that it can have. I found it very interesting to read about the slapping technique of healing while also including the stretching techniques used in the Lajin. There were a few repetitive sections of the book but overall I thought that it was informative in the methods and also included the pictures to help instruct how to perform the exercises. I also loved how they included information on how important it is to heal the body from the inside out and how much nutrition can play an important role in that.

There are two kinds of people, one who is naturally intelligent and genuine and the other one who is greedy or brainwashed by Big Pharma.

I was 10 years old when I was able to save my life from an idiot cardiologist.
I trashed his colorful poisonous pills, and healed my heart naturally.
You either heal or kill yourself. YOUR CHOICE!

I rather use Paida and Lajin than give 1 cent to any criminal Big Pharmafia agent.
Most people have been so brainwashed they don't believe/understand nature itself.
Those ones are vaccinated literally to death and die suddenly.
LIFE/HEALTH has become a CHOICE for people who have not lost their common sense..

I am very sorry about what happened to the writer. It has become VERY common that the BIG PHARMAFIA murders holistic doctors who help their human brothers.
Ie. Dr. Sebi, Andreas Moritz etc.. Several dozens of holistic professionals have been MURDERED
by BIG Pharma.

The Greatest Holocaust IS happening NOW. Millions died from poisonous fake vaccines!
And death is still better than being paralysed for life..
They killed my brother too. If you look around thousands of autistic children from poisonous vaccines, and many other diseases. And they are BEGGING to get the poison!!! Digging their own graves.
God, pls!

PaidaLajin is a combination of a spiritual practice and human body techniques. It's having that personal connection with God and the clear focus of knowing your body. Throughout the whole book the emphasis on clearing your mind and opening it up to God’s amazing grace is key to healing yourself. That and the combination of physically “slapping” and stretching your body enables it to heal. This process is not something that happens overnight. It takes time to release the blockage and endure the pain. And according to this book there is a lot of pain at the beginning but as your body heals it goes away and you live a happy healthier life. Even though this book was very educational and had a lot of life experience from Hongchi Xiao. I do not find myself impressed with the techniques and could not comply with doing them. I did like breakdown of illnesses. I believe this might work for other folks but not for me. I do like how the book is structured. I like the stories that contributed to the background history of the origin of PaidaLajin. I don't think I would recommend this book as a healing therapy but as educational insight.

Interesting way of thinking about self healing. This book goes into great detail about the non approved ways that slapping one's body can self heal. While I personally would prefer to use modern medicine to treat my major illnesses, I also believe meditation and self healing have their own place. I personally will not be using the slap therapy described in this book.
