1. Don't Rush Me: ★★★★

Buddy read with Reverse Harem Revolution.

I believe this had some of the second book syndrome going on. Nora gets caught up in a werewolf mystery and helps a pack figure out who is stealing from them. She meets Wulf's brother, Rook, who falls for her. I feel this story was victim to many tropes that were also there in the first book, but here seemed to stand glaringly out.

- Nora is a super special snowflake and Mary Sue
- Nora's "allure" causes all men to be attracted to her

Sorry Nora I wanted to like this more than I actually did. I got swept away with the excitement of the BR perhaps my hopes were too high, the harem had such potential and I was so looking forward to more troll action! You don't get many trolls in the PNR world so it was a nice change....what did we get instead...wolves

I didn't like any of the new additions and there was not enough of th

Nora is at a whole new level of Mary Sueism.
But I loved Rook.

Another cute reverse harem FRIEND ZONE book. It’s a RH book friend zone style. PG on the romance. Loved that there was more Rook in this. I’m Team Rook.

Second read, full review:

I am a little torn about this book. It is why I had to read it twice, back-to-back, in order to clarify my thoughts for this review. And I am not honestly sure that I have managed to do that, even now.

Unfortunately, I think DON'T CHEAT ME suffered a little from the dreaded sophomore slump. Not actually surprising for a new author team. What was more surprising was the impressive nature of their debut novel, DON'T RUSH ME. I will talk a bit shortly about wha

A 3.5 star for sure.

I don't know what to say about these 2nd books in these RH series. It seems like they are not focusing on developing the relationships between the female character and her guys. I mean I honestly have no idea who would be in her harem at this point and this was book 2.

It is still a good book, the characters are great and I like the storyline so of course I will continue on with the series.

A worthy sequel although tons still left unsolved. Love the new character added in this mix. Full review to come while my mind stews on it. Buddy Read with the Reverse Harem Revolution :)

The second book in the series sees Nora up to her neck in werewolf politics and she has a crime to solve with the help of her new love interest Rook(as if she didn’t have enough men sniffing around) Rook is Wulf the bartenders brother and has a troubled past of his own that seems to call to Nora and lowers her guard enough for them to make a connection that believable and quite touching.

I gave it 4* because in comparison to the first one this wasn’t qui

Like in book 1 all secondary characters in this book only serve one purpose... to adore Nora, to be protective of Nora, to be in love by Nora!! They are so underdeveloped...

Nora is so imperfectly perfect!!! She is all the cliches in one oh so beautiful package...

Story is entertaining and is looking more like a RH by now... But with Rook and Parker possessive way of being i don't see that happening!

Love this series... Can't wait for the next installment...
So guys... we need to talk about Rook, or maybe Rook's wolf. I think I'm in love with him as his wolf. Does that make sense? Also Oliver! So much squeeee. And Nick he's intriguing but mainly because unlike doormat Parker he's not hanging on to Nora like some love sick puppy and bonus, he's funny.

I know this is a terrible review, but I just want all the guys and the next book so clearly I enjoyed myself even if I'm not a huge fan of the whole Nora is abused trope and the other clichés. I'm tellin

Stupid extra editions >.<.... already did my review but it says I read two editions...nope only read one!! But um *cough cough* it's not a bad book and although it's seems like its going through a sophomore stage it should get better. Either way I liked it.

Another great one BUT.....

I really enjoyed this book, although I enjoyed the first one a little more. I think this author is great and I adore her characters, they are easy to love and I love their relationships with each other. This is particularly a genre I enjoy.... paranormal RH romance novel with a very special & beautiful MC/heroine with sass. I also greatly enjoy any powerful alpha male, and this book had plenty of them. Just a heads up though, the heroine in this novel is a super ext

Rather than writing a review for each book in this series I’ll just post the same one for all three.

I have had this series on my TBR for a little while now and figured I’ll get them out back to back.

This series is a slow burn paranormal crime suspense RH romance. (Loads of tags) some may say super slow because there’s no sex scenes in any of the books so far, however I like the fact that it’s written this way because our heroine has such a traumatic past with men I don’t think it would have been

I don't understand how the title relates

I don't understand how the title relates to the book at all.

Nora is back and traded one obsessive male (Henry) for another (Rook), but somehow she is fine with it.

She finally figures out what she is - and of course it is something that goes will be an issue with her past / issues. I don't understand how she will be able to have a harem - or how the alpha males will accept sharing her - especially with Rook being as obsessed (and kinda controlling) as Henr

Great 2nd book

I love Nora and all her men, but I have to say if it wasn't RH I would be pulling for Rook. He's my favorite so far. And now we know what Nora is and I have to say I totally guessed it!! Can't wait to see where the gang goes from here and sad to have to wait until next year to find out.

Im happy with some of the developments in this book but im completely over her inability to just accept who/what she is. Its getting annoying to see "i need to control.. Blah blah" on what seems like every other page. One second she acknowledges that 'so and so' feelings are genuine and the next shes having the same monologue again. Its frustrating.
My other issue is that im not feeling the development with some of the heroes.. It was Starting to get confusing about who's going to be included and

If you told me I would like a RH book with a troll, vampire, werewolve, and a sorcerer I would not have believed you.
But, since the first book this book has had me hooked.
Idk why but in a small way this book reminds me of the tv show True Blood just in the way that all the males are attracted to Nora.

I love the characters in this book and all the world building that is done in this book.
I love Nora and her over protective males and I like the story in this book that takes place.
I look forward to

Don’t Cheat Me starts a month after the events in book one. Nora is still living with Terence under the bridge, and the beginning chapter sees her take him up on an offer of employment at his nightclub, Underworld. After being attacked (again) Wulf the werewolf offers to take her to his pack’s gym to teach her self defence. Cue werewolf drama and an investigation to undertake and we have ourselves another RH feeling more like an UF.

All the main characters from book one are still present in this

4.5 stars. I loved the first book in this series. I nabbed this one as soon as I saw it release. Like the first, Nora is finding her place in the supernatural, or underworlder, community. In this book, she is drawn more into the local werewolf pack and what is happening there, though all of our favorite characters from book 1 make appearances.

I was happy to see Nora find out more about herself in this book: specifically, what she is, and why she's special. It was also nice to see her progress a

After absolutely loving the first book in this series, I was shocked to discover that another book had come out and I had yet to pick it up! I remedied this by making it my very last book read in 2018. This book didn’t disappoint and left me smiling and eager for more.

Nora is newly introduced to the paranormal world and has been accepted or hated in pretty much equal parts. She’s a bit of a mystery in the powers department, so even her allies don’t know what to expect from her as she develops. O
Great (very) Slow Burning Reverse Harem Urban Fantasy

I really loved the first book of this series and was captivated by the lovely but damaged Nora who attracts men who can’t seem to control their desire for her. In the last book she started to form a group of friends, formed from several different Underworld species and is adopted into a troll clan. I absolutely love Terrance, who is a big giant of a troll who is incredibly protective of his human clan member. For the first time since the death

Don't Cheat Me.. I don't understand how this title is appropriate for the story, there were tons of things happening to find a better creative one.

Nora is a weird combination of traits that is thrown around solely on the basis of what's convenient during that time. She is sassy and dominating when talking with wolves who appreciate the strength. She is panicky and haunted when kisses lead to flashback trauma. She can learn fighting moves fast and can take on a wolf (by luck) but still is knocki
I liked the first one well enough to try this one out. I can't quite put my finger on whether the biggest thing that bugged me was the narrator or the writing. The narrator read this with the required cadence to illustrate a proper sentence, but she read without emotion or personality. But there doesn't seem to be much emotion or personality written into the story. So who is at fault for this? It wasn't worth much pondering to figure it out. The lack of life coming from the characters, both narr ...more
