we still use a lot of the recipes...
i really like the layout of the book. lots of nutritional info, great recipes, weekly menu ideas, seems to be leaning toward the vegetarian side. although since i hate meat at the moment it's perfect.

Very helpful both in pregnancy and post-partum, especially for inspiring quick fixes that are healthful.
