Il volume che mi mancava ahah. Ecco adesso la storia ha molto più senso e ho capito tutto, sopratutto lo strano collegamento tra Rinko e Shizuka. C'è poi la comparsa del cecchino Reiko che mi piace molto e la mini storia extra finale è molto WOW. Spero che compaia ancora che è un personaggio intrigante che spero sia approfondito di più. Capisco anche che iniziano ad esserci dubbi su Hinako e chi sia e ciò si collega al successivo volume, ma a mio parere il tutto rimane fine a se stesso perché non viene spiegato nulla. Però ecco direi che è bene iniziare a farlo, no? Un bel volume che sono contenta di aver recuperato e non cambia il mio giudizio sulla Saga dei Ciliegi e sul successivo volume che è molto sottotono rispetto al resto della serie.

Okay, the fight scenes are why this volume gets five stars. Urara taking on wave after wave of baddies without breaking a sweat, Rinko's fight with Aiko, Kuroko beginning her brawl with Higaki, all of them were awesome and so much fun to read. Higaki is still a terrible villain, especially now that his real intentions have been made clear, but it wasn't enough to dampen my enjoyment. Oh, and lest we forget Reiko's badass gun skills at work. What a fun volume, the action and pacing were top-notch, I blew through this. Interested to see how it all ends.

The fights in MURCIÉLAGO, Volume 8 are ridiculous, bloody and physics-and sense-defying, which is pretty much everything we’ve come to expect and love from a volume of MURCIÉLAGO.
And, as an added bonus, Reiko gets sex and a new girlfriend.

More of a 3.5 star rating; Very nice continuation of this arc with the terrorist group and I’m curious about Hinako’s background
