This is about different animals from different forest of the world. It has a sound button to hear all the noises at once but I wish there was a button for each individual animal.

This nonfiction book features a different location from around the world and the animals that live there.

A sound clip plays the sounds of the animals from each location. Each location features 5 - 6 animals and gives short facts about them.

Animals from birds to moose, tigers and bats feature in this collection.

I borrowed this book from the library and sadly the battery was dead. Without sounds I was less interested in the content.

Amazing, amazing book! This opened our eyes to that fact that a "forest" is so much more than what our experience of a North American coniferous forest has been. So educational for kids and parents both.

Kniha má krásné a bohaté ilustrace, které věrně prezentují zvířata, jež v knize naleznete. Obálka je rovněž povedená, neboť vyobrazená zvířata včetně názvu knihy jsou plastická a patrná na pohmat. Kniha tím dostala punc výjimečnosti. Na zadní straně zjistíte nejen tiráž knihy, ale rovněž i to, že tento výrobek používá tři knoflíkové baterie, které jdou samozřejmě po vybití vyměnit. Najdete zde i varování, že kniha je nevhodná pro děti do tří let z důvodu nebezpečí spolknutí malých částí. Zvuky, které kniha vydává, nejsou zbytečně hlasité, ale hlasitost regulovatelná není. Se synem jsme byli s knihou spokojeni a nemáme jí co vytknout. Každá strana obsahuje sice krátké, ale vyčerpávající informace nejen o lesním porostu typickým pro různý kontinent a vytvářející rozličný ekosystém, ale také o zvířatech, jež jsou pro ně typická.
