OK so this was my first read by this author and ehhhhh wasn't really for me. The "choking" thing....was really NOT my thing during sex:( Sorry, I am NOT a prude BUT that isn't anywhere near what I like. I read 25% and then skipped to the end...just didn't "feel" it for either character unfortunately!

I found this a bot "boring" and the "barely" HFN ending wasn't my usual thing either.....

Love this series and have been looking forward to Jon "Ghost" Brooks and his lost love Anna's story and it didn't disappoint. Jon and Anna were hot, heavy and in love 5 year ago. Anna had gypsy spirit and wanted to see the world. Issues with the club gave her the push she needed to fulfill that dream. 5 year later and done with college, her travels have brought her home, and she is planning on staying.
Anna take a job at the local shelter. A visit to the Grindhouse to reconnect with old friends brings her and Jon back together. The Reapers are looking are looking for some community service to up their image in the community and the shelter is now the top of the list. Volunteers are needed and the club shows. Anna and Jon reconnect, like they were never apart.
Club business brings trouble to the shelter. A new enemy the Corp, all ex military, are out to end the Reapers for their ties to the Triads. Anna has to put distance between her an Jon in an effort to protect the shelter. The Corp comes at her again. Agent Lieberman show she is after the brass ring and doesn't care about the collateral damage it brings to Ivory and the people who live there. Anna puts her trust with the people she calls family, Jon and the Reapers.
Fast pace and steamy. Loved Jon and Anna's story. Anna is a strong women. She loves Jon and has to make a hard choice, to love him is to accept the danger that comes with him being VP with the Reapers. Jon is strong and smart, and a good man at heart, and will do anything for his brothers and the women he loves. Can't wait for the next book. I love MC stories and this one is a beautiful story! Anna has just returned to her home town that she left six years ago. She finds out that her old boyfriend is still there and an important person in the local MC club. She's told by two people, her new boss and the sheriff, to visit her old stomping grounds. It takes a few days but she does go. There she meets up with her old boyfriend, Jon. The MC club has just decided to patch in a new member and to join up with the Chinese again for "goods". Jon mentions that the club has decided to help out with donations and he'd like to talk with her about helping with the shelter. From then on out life subtly changes for both Anna and Jon.
Fantastic story and read!!

This is book 5in this fantastic MC series The Black Reapers. This story centres around Jon and Anna this couple fell hard for each other when they were young Jon was part of a MC called the Black Reapers as time went on Jon became more deeply involved with the club and this caused problems for his and Anna’s relationship hence the couple split up.Anna moved abroad while Jon stayed with the MC, years later Anna returns to her home town to find that Jon is still there, still with his club. And still as gorgeous as ever with a connection as strong as theirs it’s only a matter of time before they cross paths again, then what will happen read and find out!! I would definitely recommend this book.

Possible spoilers.

A quick read full of drama, intrigue and love. Anna and Jon were a couple years earlier but Anna left town to see the world. Five years later, she's back and the action takes off.

I loved the details. The drama between the town, the MC, the Corps and the FBI pulsated throughout the book making the story fly. I hoped for a certain comeuppance for Ms. L. Regardless, the book was still great with or without it. I think the author hit the nail on the head when Ms. L made certain statements to Anna which were way out of line. There are people out there just like that character which is very sad.

THIS IS A SERIES THAT MUST BE READ!!!! Anna is born and raised in Ivory, it’s in her blood. She left because she knew she had to ....... she finished school, traveled the world and now she’s back home to help the people of her home town. While Ivory is in her blood, it’s not her heart...... he is. Ghost is VP of the Black Reapers, this club is his family, Ivory is his home but when Anna left 5 years ago she took his heart. Then one day his heart comes home when Anna walks through the door, and now that she is he will do ANYTHING to keep her safe and show her that he will always wait for her!

A well written story with drama, action, love and twists that not were expected. I like the storyline and plot. Likeable characters who are well described and develops nicely through the book.
Anna and Jon was lovers five year. She up and left and now she is back again. But can they get a second chance romance? An amazing chemistry between the main characters and steamy hot scenes from the beginning. Absolutely captivating because of the depth and writing style.
The mix of drama, action, FBI, corps, MCs and a lot more did that I had to read it in one setting.
Absolutely not what I expected but that in the most positive way!

Well like most girls I can’t say no to a bad boy. Who would want to when he is all tattooed, hot and rides a bike with all his leathers. Anne and Jon where young and had a thing once but she goes overseas. When she comes home to Ivory after being abroad she knows she should not get involved with him again. He is glad she is back and knows he is to blame for their issues back then as he was never there to protect her. Can these two get past their old hurts and will he be able to keep her safe?

This was a fantastic second chance bad boy romance it is the fifth book in the series but can easily be read on its own.Anna and Jon were super characters these two were together previously but she has been off seeing the world for the past five years but now she is back and the feeling these two had for each other has not gone away, but he is part of the local MC will he be able to keep her safe and can they get their HEA.This was a great read I could not get enough and look forward to reading more.

We get a second chance MC hot biker boy story and this the fifth book in the series, yes I guess you could read by itself but why would you want to? Too much hotness left behind if you do that. Anyhoo we get Jon and Anna who were young lovers years ago, it ended when Anna leaves to go travel the world leaving behind Jon. When she returns back home, she knows she should stay away but does she? Jon is happy she is back but will he be able to keep her safe? Well my friends you need to read. Enjoy!

First let me say that I love Jade Kuzma's black reaper motorcycle books and would recommend this series to anyone

This is a second chance romance book Anna and Jon have history but Anna couldn't handle his involvement with the black eapers and eft now she is back the attraction is still there but so is the club. Will they finally get a chance at love.

Jade has again written a book that is full of characters that give th book so much depth I would highly recommend this entire series

First of all I love me a good second chance romance. The characters Jon and Anna were together years ago. He was never there for her so she left the small town of Ivory. Now Anna is back and Jon is determined to prove that he is the right man for her and to protect her from harm.
These two have their obstacles and Jon knows what he wants but Anna is not sure if she can be with someone that can bring danger her way and too her job.
Will these two get their second chance and maybe this time their happily ever after.

Jon and Anna were a pair since high-school. Jon already know what direction he wanted, but Anna left Ivory to see what the world had to offer. When she returns home to Ivory, Anna walks through the door, and now that she is he will do ANYTHING & EVERYTHING to keep her safe and they reconnects. Jon is a member of the Black Reaper's MC, And no matter which way she goes, her heart brings her back to Jon.

I really enjoyed reading this book. Book 5 in the series Black Reapers MC's. Jade Kuzma brought many of the characters back to play a part in this story. This book was about Anna and Jon, and their story was pretty hot. Anna left but after five years the spark was still there. There are some hot love scenes and some great action scenes. I think youll love it as much as i did. It was a great book as a stand-alone and even better as part of a great series. I would recommend this book.

Jade Kuzma has released another gripping MC story in the Black Reapers MC series. This book is full of drama, action, humour and intrigue. It is well written with a well-developed plot that is consistent and flows smoothly. The characters are well developed and lovable. The chemistry intense and the sex is off the charts amazing. A Fantastic, Must Read Story

This is another fantastic story from Jade Kuzma. “Ghost” is a really Entertaining, Engaging, well written Second Chance Romance And has a good, interesting storyline. Going home

Anna and Ghost story was pretty food. Loving so one so much that you leave to make sure that who you each are apart can work when you are together. They had a sweet love. It just wasn't my favorite story in the series.
