Useful, but needs some budget options and I hope the update has a little more information on public transport and the bike rental system.
Great little guide to a terrific city! We used it to find all the sites we wanted to see, and the map with the Metro stops was invaluable.
Ha! It was good - Barcelona was Great. I miss travel from the Before Times.
I am traveling to Barcelona on business this fall, and will have limited time for sightseeing. I wanted a book with a good map that I could pop into a small purse and find what I want easily.
On some levels, this book is exactly that. Its small size is ideal for sticking into a purse or pocket. Furthermore, it helped me narrow down the sights I am interested in seeing so that I can make a decision once I'm actually on the ground.

Very informative with good maps and tips on transportation. A little light on cheap places to eat; mostly it just suggests the menú del día or daily set menu at restaurants. LGBT recommendations are poorly researched and possibly dated.
These small pocket guides are my best new travel buddies. Small, packed with information and daily guides that you can take on, makes traveling and getting to know the city very easy. Brilliant.
