It's interesting and gives good advice. But it repeats itself a lot and in my opinion it is already a bit outdated. You could have put down all important information on about 30 pages when you want to include some examples and explain it properly. But nearly 300 pages...that's way too much for the information inside of it.

Very interesting book for those involved in association management.

Each chapter was written a different persons, but there was a lot of good information about a variety of association issues.

Since it is specific to a small slice of nonprofit management, it will not have broad appeal. But for those in association management, whether new or not, there is something here for everyone.

A lot of good information here. I think the difficulty in writing this book is the variance in size and sophistication of associations which makes this book have some information that doesn't apply, some that is too basic, and some that is just right. Regardless, it's a good resource for those in association management.
