No resisting these cowboys!

Roping the Rancher

Actress Stacey Michaels doesn’t have time for romance. And if she did? It wouldn’t be with the rancher running the equine therapy program where her teenage brother is healing. She and single dad Colt Montgomery are constantly at odds. Can’t he understand she just wants what’s best for her brother? She’s spent her whole life taking care of others—but maybe it’s time to let Colt take care of her.

Betting on the Cowboy

Brianna Wright has returned to Bell River Ranch to make peace with her sister. With enough time, Bree might accomplish that goal and forget the mess she left back in Boston. Of course, none of that will happen if she lets herself get distracted by a certain gorgeous and charming cowboy—Grayson Harper. Resisting a guy as carefree as Grayson should be easy for someone as responsible as her…

Roping The Rancher by Julie Benson was more than just a fun romantic book, it dealt with some deep subjects in today’s world.
Stacy Michaels needs to get her young brother, Ryan into an equine therapy program after a wreck left him with very little motor skills. Their mom is no help, a self-centered lady who puts herself first, leaves all responsibility for Ryan on Stacy.
Colt Montgomery is a war vet, single dad, and the owner of Healing Horses. Raising his teenage daughter, Jess, and dealing with his nightmares from Afghanistan often sidelines his goals.
Stacy and Colt’s relationship doesn’t start off on the best foot, but together along with Ryan and Jess, they all begin to see how each can help the other overcome their fears, setbacks, and personal dilemmas.
Julie Benson’s writing style, characterization, and the plot in this book was amazing.
I truly felt all the character’s turmoil they were facing in this journey to get their happy ever after.
Highly recommend this book to those who love a great romance with depth.

Betting On The Cowboy by Kathleen O’Brien was a an emotional healing story of one soul Bree Wright coming home to get over her failed engagement.
As the Bell River Ranch approaches it’s opening, Gray Harper is hired as a temp service employee. Together they become each other’s distraction.
Can their new friendship and blossoming love mend each other’s broken past?
Excellent book of facing the past and starting over new!

really liked Stacy Michaels . She was a caring, protective sister to her younger brother, Ryan, who was rehabilitating after a terrible accident. She was an extremely hard working actress who was able to invest her spare time in working with her brother's recovery at Colt Montgomery's Healing Horses Equine Therapy Ranch.
Colt too was a caring man taking care of his teenage daughter, Jess. I liked how respectful he was to her wishes, concerns and beliefs.
I loved his whole ranch. The idea of helping people heal with horses. Amazing stuff! I visited Estes Park, CO last September. Beautiful country! Gorgeous Rocky Mt.National Park! I'm looking forward to reading more of your stories.

Betting On A Cowboy
I could relate to Bree's struggles with her relationship with her older sister, Rowena. Different personalities. I liked the idea of them working together to get Bell River Ranch on track to open. I admired her gumption, her acceptance of her faults and her strengths. I liked that she took a chance on loving Gray.
Gray had a lot of secrets. I was rooting for him to open up his eyes to what a treasure his relationship with Bree was. I would have struggled dealing with his grandfather.
