Nolo's Will Book provides all the detailed information, step-by-step instructions and every form needed to create a legally valid will. It explains how • leave property to family and friends • name a personal guardian for minor children • set up trusts for young adults • arrange for payment of debts and taxes • update the will when necessary. All will forms are included on disk. Good in all states except Louisiana.
Self explanatory. A reference for making a basic will where you leave fixed or percentage split assets to a predetermined group of individuals. If you need something more complex, see a lawyer.
Well, how should one rate this? Usefulness in general, or usefulness to oneself? This was of very little use to me. It completely focused on older people with kids, houses, and mounds of assets, and none of the wills even touched upon healthcare powers of attorney (etcetera). So... maybe in twenty years I'll revisit.
