Lulu and her baby sister Marsha is in a dance recital. Lulu has the main part and is trying to teach Marsha what to do but she's only a baby and 'she's only a flower'! When it comes time for everyone to go on stage Lulu is bossing everyone around and telling them what to do and how to do it; but when it comes time for her to be on stage she freezes up and it's her baby sister to saves the day!
