This is a Blue Mountain Arts book, and it is a collection of writings on the Importance of lasting friendship. The illustrations are beautiful, as they always are in these books. Some pages are filled with thoughts, and some with poetry, but by an assortment of different writers. Some of the writings made me smile with happiness, and some with sadness. I have been lucky to have three different people in my life that were there when I needed them, and stayed to create a solid, lifelong friendship. Unfortunately, some of our friends live far away, as mine do, but we still have those warm memories to keep close to our heart.

I get it. It's a collection of friendship thoughts from a long list of authors. But in all honesty - without wanting to sound rude or anything - I don't feel the "connection" that I'm supposed to feel. The meaning or substance is there though, of course. BUT then again, there's not even a flicker of attraction with this book. -_- Despite these, however, I understand I'm not in the position to judge how these authors interpret their ideals of lasting friendship or whatsoever.

For such a sociable person as myself, I find this book dull compared to its "predecessors" - which, by the way, I reaaaaally love. Just saying. :)
