I really love the amount of information in these pages. The progressive learning from chapter to chapter helped me learn about my own body and teach my family what I learned.

This is one of those books I think should be on the diet shelves for people who really want to take their health into their own hands. This is packed full of amazing information.

So far this book is good for addressing a overall fit and wellness program. Will write more when I have more info.
