From Lynda Aicher, author of the bestselling Wicked Play books, comes an exclusive invitation to the Boardroom—where working late has its rewards.

Life is about power—who has it, who doesn’t.

Anyone who says otherwise hasn’t spent time in Kennedy Keller’s business-casual two-point-five-inch heels. A woman in a world very much run by men, Kennedy does wha

So awesome! Love this series of stand-alones. Sizzling hot!
This is the second book in The Boardroom series that I have read and just like the first one, this was an awesome story.

What sets this author apart and what makes Strictly Confidential such a fabulous story is first of all, the heat and off the charts connection between the main characters. The sizzling fire between them will touch you right in the gut. Erotic, sensual and so captivating!

Strictly Confidential by Lynda Aicher is book Three in The Boardroom Series. This is the story of Kennedy Keller and Matt Hamilton. I have read the previous books, but feel you can make this a standalone book if you wish to do so.

The 3rd in this kinky C-Suite series, the erotic scenes continue to heat up. This can be read as a standalone. Kennedy Keller is a VP and she fought hard for the position. She the one who is in control at the office. When a chance encounter with Matt reveals she may prefer not to be in control in the bedroom, it could be a deal breaker for Kennedy.

It is nice to see a lead where the woman is a strong and confident. She succeeds at work and also plays hard with the illicit sex parties for the powe

Have I mentioned yet recently how much I really enjoy romantic erotica where the fictional female lead isn't some inferior twatwaffle of a damsel? Man do I love a good strong, powerful female force who leads the novel just as much as the male character and comrades I can admit to you know, Strictly Confidential delivered.

I LOVED the main characters. Kennedy was a breath of fresh air in

This is the first book I have read in this series. In fact, I didn't know this book was part of a series. Yet, it can be read as a stand alone novel. Warning as this book is H-O-T. In fact, the sex and the characters, Kennedy and Matt are what the Fifty Shades should have been like. I can't speak to the books as I did not read them but I did see the movies and they were dullville. This book is what I expected from the movies. Yet, there was nothing dull about this book.

There was instant sexual

This is the third book in the series - although there have been a couple of novellas too - I would recommend that you read them all, but this would stand alone too, as long as you understand the rules of The Boardroom!

Kennedy has been making sure that she is treated with the same respect as a man in her business life, trying to get her father to take her seriously. She uses the Boardroom to retain control over her sexual

I received a copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads

Kennedy is a women in business. She's worked hard to be taken seriously in a very man dominated world of shipping pallets. She's hoping that one day her father will see her hard work and reward her with the business she's helped to build. After a long day of networking and seminars Kennedy is looking for some distraction, something completely not like her daytime persona. She decides to pick up a man in the hotel bar for a fling.

This was a different take from the usual boardroom series. First the couple meet outside the boardroom which isn't unusual because that has happened in other books in the series. But what's unique is that they have a one night stand and then go there separate ways only to meet back up again in the boardroom

I loved the connection between Kennedy and Matt. Appreciated how they tried to fight what they both knew they wanted and needed. Loved how they could only g

M/F romance, BDSM
I was given this book for an honest review by Wicked Reads.

Matt is recovering from thinking that his desire to be a Dom are not good for him. He felt that he was losing control. However, when he meets Kennedy, he can't help but want again. His Dom side is coming out and despite the fact that he wants to remain in some control, she is a weakness for him. When he lets his Dom out to play, Matt realizes that he might

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Thanks to NetGalley for the copy.

Strictly Confidential is the third book in this series (but can also be read as a standalone) that I can’t wait to read the rest of. The premise of The Boardroom is that it is a group among businessmen and women providing a safe place to express and take part in certain sexual desires that aren’t accepted as ‘mainstream desires’. In this novel,

Unlike the previous novels, this one doesn’t start in The Boardroom, but rather at a conference in SoCal, when Kennedy spies a particularly alluring man at her hotel bar. Kennedy’s at the conference as the VP of Operations at her family’s company, and the handsome man, Matt, is the new CEO of a trucking company – though neither of them know who each other is, as Matt refuses to talk about work. Their encounter is ridiculously hot and steamy, and since Matt insisted on no work talk, she leaves wi ...more

My Review:
A good measure of how much I loved this book...this is the first book I've read from this series, but immediately upon finishing it, I went online to buy print copies of the other two novels and all the ebook novellas. Yeah, I pretty much loved this story. But that's no surprise since I adored Lynda Aicher's Wicked Play series. So, the only question is...why the heck did I wait so long to pick this series up? Big mistake on my part.

So, the premise of this book...both Matt and Kennedy

Strictly Confidential is off the charts, smoking hot!! Book three in The Boardroom series, Lynda Aicher has given us a spicy, but profound story. All the books in the series are great, but I seem to have a special place in my heart for Matt and Kennedy!

This is the second book in the Boardroom Series that I have read and must say, although I am not a big erotica reader, I did really enjoy Kennedy and Matt's story. I really did enjoy the dynamic the author built between these two and loved the connection they shared

Matt Hamilton was your typical ex-military guy but I instantly fell in love with him. He was an Alpha male but he was tender and caring and he was a great dad, putting his kids first before himself. I loved that he had the Alpha side

Thrilled with a night of hot power exchanges and anonymous sex, Kennedy finds herself wishing she'd have gotten Matt's number, because she sure can't get him off her mind. Luckily, he begins infiltrating every aspect of her world…including her exclusive sex club, The Boardroom.

This was a great book to read to get me out of my reading slump, coming in at 284 for the mass paperback this is a fast read. It starts almost immediately with some sexy action, which is what you'd expect from an erotic romance. Both the leading woman and man are interesting characters, though wildly different in different ways. They come together on a business conference and neither can let the one time encounter go. A chance meeting in The Boardroom brings them together again, to both of their ...more

Strictly Confidential is the third book in the "Boardroom" series. I did read the novella that started things out, Done Deal. So I understood the basic premise of "The Boardroom". Basically, it's private club of people who like to explore their kink side in a safe and private environment. The name comes from them using boardrooms of the members after hours. Scenarios are set up ahead of time and rules are set into place. This book features Kennedy and Matt. They have a semi anonymous one night s ...more

This one was a surprising miss for me, for a number of reasons.

First of all, after having reading book #2.5 with a minor character named Kellan, to have a character with the surname Kellar was a little off-putting. It took me a while, but I got past that.

I couldn't, however, get past the fact that I was bored almost to tears by this book. That was my second problem. When you've got an erotic romance novel, the word "bored" should never enter your thoughts. I think we were at roughly 45% when the

Life is about power—who has it, who doesn’t.

Matt Hamilton spent years fighting his urges and pushing his need power and control to the side until he met Kennedy Keller.

Matt and Kennedy are both at a business conference and after meeting in a bar end up having a one-night stand. They don’t exchange any information other than their first names, because they never expected to see each other again. Things don’t always go as they are planned.

Both Matt and Kennedy are members of The Boardroom. Kenne

I don't often make the foray into erotica. I don't know why erotica must always = BDSM. Something about this book caught my interest and when all is said and done, I actually enjoyed it.

What I really loved was that Kennedy wasn't a sub. You have no idea how happy that made me. I also liked that these characters weren't twentysomethings. That was absolutely amazing. I also loved that Matt was a father and that his kids are older, 15 and 19 respectively.

Oh and there was an actual plot, something I

Absolutely wonderful

Lynda Aicher's The Boardroom series is one of the most sensual series I've ever read. Strictly Confidential, the most recent offering is a stand alone read with the quality of writing I've come to expect from the author.
Kennedy and Matt are well fleshed out, realistic characters who have an instant attraction that is simply off the charts. But what makes the story so special is how they each come to explore themselves and what they want from each other and out of life. I tho

Another fantastic Boardroom read, this one with a bit of a twist! What a great series!
Kennedy meets Matt at a convention, both bored they decide to entertain themselves. Matt is a rather new business owner, while Kennedy is a step or two away from running her father's business. Wealthy, business like and no nonsense is Kennedy. She's also a member of the Boardroom.
After meeting Matt and unable to shake the feeling she needs a night in the Boardroom. As always Trevor is present and on that nigh

Kennedy is the lone female in a male dominated job so she has to be an Alpha whether she wants to or not. Matt is an Alpha to his bones but he's been burned before so he tries to keep a lid on his dominant side. What happens when two Alpha's meet and the chemistry is so explosive that you can't deny it? Storyline interesting enough to make the erotica more than just a guilty pleasure? Check to all the boxes. I truly enjoyed this romance. It wasn't heavy on the BDSM, but you could feel the Dominant-Submissive aspect within this romance. Kennedy is a head-strong woman that works in a man's world. Matt is a man of control, but left that part of his sex life behind. I loved seeing how similar they were and how they tried to keep their romance at bay. They wanted strictly sex, but things changed once they played those roles of dom and sub. I liked how they balanced it out and how they new they didn't wan ...more
