Good Tips

I found this to be an engaging and interesting read. The tips and ideas were thought provoking and the images did a good job of illustrating the authors thoughts.

1. Assumes some elementary understanding, and builds from there with explanation.
2. Chapters include both concepts and their applications.
3. Reminded/taught me of some niche products, especially the following: the idea of unusual tripods like platypod, or some string through an eye bolt; a white balance lens cap; pen(cil)s with grips made of gaff tape (and duct tape?); using a name tag clip+snap as lens cap holder.
4. The encouragement to begin right at/in home for both making the art and becoming fluent with gear (and improvising!)
