Danny O’Donaghue.
Indie rock god.
Lady killer.
The devil with midnight hair and blue-flame eyes.

After six years I thought the pain of what he’d done to me had faded.
Guess not.
Because I’m standing in this crowded lecture hall of the most prestigious music school in Ireland, staring at the person who healed me when I was broken. Right before he shattered me beyond repair.

Nope. Just nope.

There are bad boys we love in the end and there are assholes who cannot redeem themselves. Danny belongs in the second category. What a fucking jerk!

There's a scene where I would have liked to puke. Our h sees him with another girl and she watches (yeah, she's weird too^^). When he's finished, or lovely jerk smears all that stuff he still has on his fingers from the other girl over the h's face. Wow. That guy's a catch...

It don't want to write a proper review, but

Danny O’Donaghue was the lead singer and lead guitarist of The Untouchable, singer-songwriter and international sex symbol, and son of mega rock star Dillan O’Donaghue of Irish rock legends, The Dublin Jar.

Ailis Kavanaugh is doomed. In the barrenness of her heart, Danny O'Donahue is like a phantasmal cloud, disllusioning and disconcerting. He jumps in and out of her life at the most inopportune times. Keeping her on her toes, her heart hanging on a hook of his soulful voice and drop dead sexy

5 I’ll keep your secret here Stars!

One thing I can honestly say about Sienna Blake, she is totally worth the one click! Book after book I’ve read of hers and they all hold up to the highest standard. A great, well written, perfectly flowing story that pulls your emotions in every way possible.

Ailis fell in love that day in the hospital…so many years ago. She never realized it until the years have passed. She did know one thing though, music was in her blood. Not

I loved this story so much. So much.

I feel bad for anyone who hasn't read work by Sienna Blake to be honest. I stumbled upon her a while back and haven't regretted ONE MINUTE OF READING! Not ONE! She is a master at weaving angsty love stories that consistently pull me in and wreck me. I cry every time and Professor's Kiss was no exception.

This will fall under the category of second chance romance. It is the second book in the Irish Kiss series and you don't need to read book one to follow along

This book was a thousand times better than Irish Kiss. God this broke my heart, it destroyed me and oh the pain. It was so beautiful. I do have a favourite quote from this book and it's: “I’ve only just learned how to breathe without you” That line destroyed me.

Wow. I had so much to do today and spent the whole day reading this book. I didn't think it could get better than the first one but man this one topped it for sure!

Professor’s Kiss was a wonderful story, it was so close to surpassing my feelings about the first book in the series, Irish Kiss, but just didn’t hit the high mark that was set by that book. My heart broke for Danny and all the love he lacked; it also found comfort in the way Ailis (AY-lish) did her level best to show him that love and how it shouldn’t be tied to what you get out of it.

Danny was not a nice person for most of this book. However, I never found myself hating him. I questioned his

“I close the door Between us. And walked away, leaving a pieces of my soul behind with her. And every single broken piece of my heart that I could spare.”

As always we come across a well written and engaging narrative. Capable of arousing various types of emotion. Understanding actions may be possible. Forgive and forget not so easy.

PROFESSOR'S KISS is an angsty, second- chance romance between two people who first met when they were in their teens. They considered each other best friends and loved each other deeply while Ailis was battling leukemia, until tragedy struck Danny and he became cold, cruel, and distant. Years later, he returns to her life, as her professor and the indie rock idol everyone was starstruck with . The chemistry between them was both hot and heated. She was his muse, but she couldn't be more. When ...more

First of all, let me tell you a little backstory.
Last year on May 16 I gave Sienna Blake- new author to me a chance. Love Sprung from Hate was my first read by this author and that book was the beginning of something good something perfect. She
made me fall in love with her writing. Ever since experiencing such amazement I've devoured every book this author has written.
Her writing is so much different than many books I've read before, so that book made a good impression on what was to come. I've

I truly had a love hate relationship with Danny through this whole book. I knew he was hurt and just lashing out but OMG I wanted to strangle him for some of the crap he did to Ailis. These two meet when they are teenagers going through horrible but similar things. They become best friends and lean on each other until one day Danny pushes her away. Fast forward he turns out to be her professor. And still mean as a snake. I really enjoyed this book. I will definitely be reading the next book in ...more

Ailis Kavanagh was 15 years old battling leukemia when she met Danny O'Donaghue and the two became extremely close. But then in an instant everything changed and he broke her heart and then began to torment her anytime he was around her.

Danny O'Donaghue is a rock god who has decided to go more of an indie route and is struggling with writing songs when he is asked by Rickie Craven for help teaching a class on Advanced Performance and Arrangement.

This unique story is so much more than a story of forbidden student teacher romance!!
Scorching hot, passionate, and emotional. This deeply intimate story of second chance love was an intense gut wrenching journey that gripped your heart from beginning to end.
The story of Danny and Ailis takes you on an emotional and poignant journey about of life, living and loving. They met years earlier under painful circumstances and from there something special developed and then it wasn’t. When they see
DNF @around 30-40%, but skimmed the end. No star rating for this.

This book is an example of why I'm convinced that there are writers out there that plant positive reviews on ebook outlets (Amazon, B&N, erc), or there is some process whereby the overall star rating of a book never drops below a 3.
I'm honest when I critique a book, but I'm blunt. A good portion of my reviews never see the light of day on Amazon, even though I edit out any profanity. But if something is crap, I'm going to say

Didn't like the two main characters

It would be nice if Ailis grew a backbone and didn't turn into this boring quivering mess whenever Danny appeared. He treats you like crap but yet you're turned on??!As for him, sorry but there's only one word for someone who bullys relentlessly- (even as an adult) a cancer survivor just because she survived and someone close to him didn't. I found him immature, nasty and selfish.

Ailis meet Danny when she was getting treated for cancer at the hospital and it was love at first sight. After a tragedy in Danny's life, he becomes a different person to Ailis instead of the caring Danny he was a the hospital. He ends up being her worst nightmare. After years of not seeing each other, they meet at her college where he ends up as a professor. This book consists of an amazing plot and as well as an amazing chemistry. Loved this
2.5 stars

There was too much of Danny being an asshole to Ailish and her being thirsty and taking it.

Just because the man is meant to be an alpha asshole does not mean the woman has to be a freaking doormat and the sappy cute ending just couldn't make it better for me.

Talk about angst and emotion. This book chews you up and spits you out but in a good way. I am officially a fan of this author, if her other books are anything like this one then I cannot wait to read them!

Another angsty story from Sienna Blake. I love her style or writing and her exceptional imagination. Professor's Kiss is the story of an up and down relationship between 2 friends. What happens when you fall in love with your best friend only to find out he hates you and you have no idea why. It's a great story and one that will keep the reader turning pages to find out what happens next.

Fecking awesome!
Holy! Rip your heart out, take your breath away. I am not sure at times if I want to slap or hug Danny. You feel heart (and soul) ache for the boy he was. sad and hopeful for the man he became. Laugh, cry (take a cold shower)!!! OMG One amazing book!

I'm so torn! Half the time I couldn't stand Danny (like you are supposed to, cause you know, he's a dick), and the other half I'm watching him be nice. Like a normal person. (whatever that is...)

Ailis has been in love with this man since she was 15. It does not matter how he treats her, she still keeps coming back for more.

During high school, Danny was at his worst. He did some pretty nasty things to poor Ailis. If you can't handle bully stories, skip this one. Danny is a prick. Period. He

Aaaaaand I’m blown away again. My goodness. Idk which was better this one or Declan’s story. I have to say, I liked River better because of her quirky attitude and flashy personality, and I liked the laugh out moments in book 3, but I am always up for reading about professor romances, and also I loved getting a glimpse of the past.
I loved Danny and Ailis’s romance build up. They loved each other as teens, both went

4 stars for Professor’s Kiss by Sienna Blake. This is book 2 in The Irish Kiss series. This is a college bully romance, but I would also call it a second chance romance. In this book we have Danny who used to be good friends with Ailish. They met when Ailish was fighting cancer and Danny was there with his mother who was also fighting cancer. Out of nowhere after the loss of his mother Danny was mean to Ailish and wanting nothing to do with her. She has no idea why and what she did wrong. Now ...more

Where on earth do I begin??? This is such a beautiful, slow burn, emotional second chance, frienemies to lovers type of read. And it will suck you in!

Sienna has such a way with words. She has such a way with these characters. The way she brings them to life, makes us a part of their worlds, is magical.

Danny O'Donaghue. Rock royalty because of his mega famous father, but also in his own right as the lead singer of The Untouchable. Ailis Kavanaugh is his childhood friend turned enemy
