She's not welcome.

Guarded and angry at humanity, Kass has nowhere to go for the next three weeks. She recoils from Eli's gentle patience, while accepting his not-quite invitation to join their band tour. He gets her, though, and he is the only person to ever make it past her cutting back talk.

But she’s a life-hardened punk who won't get along with the rest of the band. He

Back home after the weird science experiment in the abandoned mental institution, life is slowly trying to get back to normal for everyone involved. For Eli, he chucked himself into his music and band and for Kass - her mum and Hope went to live with Hope's dad Seth and Kass's dad is going to be checked in to a rehab facility for his anxiety and unstableness which spiraled after the experiments were conducted. Kass had planned to spend the time with Hope and her Mother over the summer break whil

After reading Outcast, I had to read Roadie, I just cant get enough of this series, especially Eli and Kass. Their relationship was is intense, straight from the beginning. In Roadie we have a lot more drama, especially from a certain band mate. I really hated Steve's character, I hated the way he treated Kass. I did however, love Kass and Eli together, I loved that there was more Eli than in Outcast. I feel like Eli and Kass have such a confusing relationship, plus there's so much from outsider ...more

And the story continues… Living Out Loud:  Track 2

Kass is still stumbling through her emotionally challenged world. Her dad is finally able to get the professional help he needs. No experimental non-doctors this time. Unwilling to remain alone at home, arrangements have been made for her to temporarily live at her mom’s house with her family.

Ever the helpful step-sister, Hope has other plans. I am a bit curious to learn what makes her tick. She’s living with an abundance of love from both of her

A wonderful take of Kass who just doesn’t get along with anyone. Eli tries and seems to reach her. Kass won’t be good with the rest of the band though. Amazing second book in this superb series. Received a free copy and enjoyed reviewing.

Roadie picks up right where Outcast left off with Kass and Eli' story. Kass goes on tour with Eli and his band, and as usual, nothing is ever easy with these two. I find myself getting frustrated with these two because if they would just open their mouths, life might possibly be more bearable. As with the first book, I still find myself with more questions than answers. But I will plow on to book 3 to see if maybe they await for me there. ...more

This story went in much different direction than the previous book. It was way more "romance" and not as much suspense or action like the previous book. I think that this book is probably more conventional for the tone of the remainder of the series, so I can't really see myself reading more (and there are a lot!). It was enjoyable, though, and a quick read. ...more

My first read from this author and I did enjoy it. I did get frustrated here and there with Kass and Eli but I also forget that when you’re that young, you're still a little immature. ...more
