I'm using this book as a source for my final paper on The Grapes of Wrath, and I find it quite useful. Not only is it a great resource to help me establish my thesis, but Heavilin offers her own view of the novel while crediting previous critics. If you need to write a paper on The Grapes of Wrath or you simply want to understand the novel better, I definitely recommend grabbing a copy of this reference book. It's definitely worth the read.
