"I can't lose her again but I'm willing to let her walk away if it means she finds her way home."
Mia West is drawn to Cole Parker and she doesn't know why but each time he is around, she can't stop the pull, drawing her into dark secrets and closer to her past. Will she put the pieces of her life back together or end up falling apart in Cole's bed?

Come Back to Me is the first book in the Forever series duet. The finale, Forever with me, releases in June.
Trilina Pucci, a #1 Amazon and USA TODAY Bestselling Author, is a connoisseur of pop culture and SANPELLEGRINO, but her true passion lies in crafting tantalizing romantic novels that delve into the depths of desire, emotion, and even hearty belly laughs.
When she's not penning steamy love stories, you'll find her indulging in Netflix marathons with her husband, Anthony (Residence is a fan fave), and their three not-so-little ones.
Come Back to Me is book one in the Forever duet and is the debut romantic suspense novel by Trilina Pucci.
After a delay, Mia West has just finished college and she is sharing an apartment with her best friend, Alex. A little over a year ago, Mia suffered a traumatic event. As a result, she has lost a part of her memory. A big chunk of time is missing. Mia is slowly trying to get her life back in order but even after all this time, no memories have returned. She has started dating a man named Jack but they haven’t progressed any further than the friendship stage. Something about it just doesn’t feel right to Mia. She can’t get past the feeling that she just doesn’t belong with him. Then, it happens again, she is attacked and injured. Only this time, she is rescued by a man whose face she can’t get out of her head.
As the days pass and Mia recuperates from her injuries, one thing is constant, that face. Her parents and Alex are no help at all. So Mia decides she will have to figure it out herself. She will find the man she has now identified as Cole Parker and she will get some answers.
It’s clear Cole knows more than he’s telling her but just like everyone else, he claims to be protecting her and doesn’t give her what she needs. But she feels incredibly drawn to this man. Just being near him makes her feel safer, calmer, and she has no idea why.
As I said, this is a romantic suspense duet. It is NOT a love triangle. I want to make that clear. Mia only has feelings for one man. This is one of those times when I need to stop or I’ll say too much. There is so much happening here and the story takes some unexpected twists and turns that I wasn’t expecting. But rest assured, there is plenty of sweet romance and some pretty darn hot sexy times.
I think I did get a little irritated with the way everyone was so controlling of Mia’s life after she was attacked and suffered the memory loss. And for the most part, she put up with it. There were a few times when I just wanted to yell at her and say no, don’t accept that. Get your answers!
This is a great start to this duet. I’ll warn you that there is a cliff hanger but the conclusion is just released so you’re safe. You won’t have to wait. What you will get is an intense love story, and a roller coaster of events that will keep you on the edge of your seat. I can’t wait to read book two, Forever With Me, to see how Mia’s story ends.
I adore stories where the heroine has memory loss from a traumatic event, and she doesn't know all the details about exactly happened to her. The uncertainty of it all excites me! What really happened? Are the memories she actually does have reliable? How good are her instincts when it comes to the people in her life now? Who can she trust? Can you believe anyone at all?! Come Back To Me gave me all of that, and I enjoyed trying to figure things out right along with the heroine.
Mia suffered memory loss as a result of being attacked at a dinner party. She blocked out a chunk of her life, and her family and friends have been advised by her doctor to let her recover her memories on her own. That proves to be slow going which is unfortunate, because recovering her memories might literally save her life. Someone attacks her again and follows it up with some good, old fashioned stalking. Mia needs to remember now more than ever what happened in her past or she may not have a future.
Come Back to Me by Trilina Pucci is an intriguing romance that will keep you guessing the whole way through. The uncertainty of the main character's memory made me question all the people close to her and their motives constantly. I loved that the author's writing style allowed me to fly through the book, so I didn't have to wait long to find the answers to a lot of my questions.
I don't want to say much else about this novel, because I feel like most things could be considered a spoiler. What I will say is I'm eager to read the second part of this duet. This one left me with a big question, and as usual, I want to know the answer asap! Lol If you enjoy books chock full of suspence, mystery, and a healthy dose of steam, this might be the one for you!

- {It's funny how everything can feel most out of control and chaotic when life is trying to move you in the right direction, toward your purpose.} - Mia West has no knowledgeable about her life before the assault she had dealt with. It's about a women who lost her identity and is now seeking answers and that's how she ends up in this deadly game. What an awesome debut book by this author! That ending had me needing the next book now!! Luckily I have the next one as an arc as well hehe!!
Mia West had a terrible event happen to her, and due to this event she has experienced intense memory loss. Awhile after this event she once again experiences a terrible event. She is mugged as she goes for a run on day. Luckily, Cole Parker drives by the alley at the time of the attack and stops if before she is more seriously injured. This is were Come Back to Me returns and it will have you flipping the pages so you can figure out what is going on.
I really liked both Mia and Cole. Mia was strong and wanted to live her life even with the danger surrounding her. Cole was pretty mysterious and super sexy! I also loved how protective he was of Mia but listened to her point of view and they compromised.
On thing I will say is at times I did seem a bit lost and confused by some parts. I also was kinda confused of the true point of Jack's character? I hope these things clear up for me in the next book, which I will hopefully be reading very soon!
I’ll get right to it..Come Back To Me was interesting. It had a bit of everything..romance, suspense, mystery, sexy. I enjoyed pretty much most of this story.
This is the story of Mia West..she had something very traumatic happen to her almost two years ago and because of those events she has lost some of her memory. Then as a result of a mugging some of her memory is starting to come back and there are things that are happening to her and she feels like everyone around her is either lying to her or keeping things from her.
Enter Cole Parker..handsome and rich and Mia can’t figure out where she knows him from and why she’s so drawn to him. Things start to unravel and little by little she’s starting to remember but it’s leaving her with more questions.
I was pretty sucked in from the beginning. I like the whole ..who’s he, what’s going on, who’s lying, who really is the bad guy type thing. The only thing was that at some points I felt like I was the one with amnesia lol I felt like I was missing so much of the story..so much wasn’t explained..somethings felt rushed and I’m like ok..maybe it will be clearer in the second book. Overall tho I enjoyed Come Back To Me and I’m curious where this story is gonna go and how it will end.
This is Trilina’s debut book and the first book of her FOREVER SERIES. It’s a mix of thriller, suspense and steamy romance. It’s short and fast paced. I feel like I ran a marathon after finishing this and OMG that ending left me with a mega cliffhanger and 1- clicking book #2 FOREVER WITH ME. Not to mention that the prologue sucks you in wondering WTH happened to this girl??!!!
MIA WEST had a pretty traumatizing experience a year before that left her with memory loss . This chick has MAJOR bad luck if you ask me. Not only did she suffer that horrible episode in life, but there’s a recent “event” that will make her life more confusing with some flash backs that come to her out of nowhere. This will leave her with more fear, not trusting anything or anyone. She is missing vital parts of her life but doesn’t have any idea what or who she is missing. She is constantly feeling lost and incomplete. She only has that feeling of “knowing” a certain mysterious, super sexy, alpha macho man COLE PARKER. There’s a jerk that I’m not naming which will be a bit of a pain in Mia’s tushy and got on my nerves.
You will constantly be wondering who is who and what’s gonna happen and when will the “bomb” explode. Let’s see what the next book will bring.
Mia West's life almost went spiraling down the drain when she'd been mugged and left for dead, twice. She was lucky to have her family and bff Alex during those tragic times, as well as her new found friend, Jack. Although Jack seemed like someone who was too good to be true (in my opinion), he was quite the character you never expect to like and hate at the same time .
During this ordeal, Mia lost about two months worth of memories prior to her first assault, and she became exasperated in getting all the answers she needed to move on with her life .
But there was also Cole whom she acknowledged as her real Knight in shining armor. Gorgeous, intense, hunk, protective Cole Parker. Mia wondered how she'd easily got drawn to his charms, why she couldn't resist the pull of his being, and why he looked utterly familiar to her.
She couldn't help but wonder if there was there something else she needed to uncover, after noticing all the bewilderment she'd seen within her family circle. Who was Cole Parker and what had happened to her before all this unfortunate life-and-death situation occurred ?
I wish I could tell you the answer, but if I did, where's the fun in that? One thing is for sure though. Come Back To Me by Trilina Pucci is gritty, moving, delirious and brilliant novel you wouldn't want to put down.. From the first page alone, I knew this book would totally rock my world. And I was not wrong on that assumption.
I can't even! I just can't . I was murmuring these words while emptying my second of coffee after reading the very last sentence in the book. Omg. That was some story !
And it hasn't even ended yet !
Although I got this hunch about what would happen to the villain, I was still struck with full force and had the air almost knocked out of me. Here's the gist though.. I know that there's more to the other characters in the story, more than what the author would like her readers to think, and I like that kind of anticipation and suspense and thrill I got from the book!
This book is INSANE, in the best way and honestly I feel like it's one of those stories that you should dive into knowing as little as possible because HOLY CRAP!!
First, the prologue!!! DUDE! Trilina had me by paragraph three. No lie. I was already asking myself a myriad of questions. "WHY?" "WHAT HAPPENED?" "WHAT'S GOING ON!?" "IS SHE OK!" So just know, you'll need to buckle up nice and tight for this one!
Ok, so.....and again I'm going to tread lightly and be all evasive because I don't want to ruin a THING!
As a result from a recent assault Mia West has lost some of her memory. Anything from that time is fuzzy. She desperately wants to feel "normal" again and put the pieces back together. But then tragedy strikes AGAIN and Mia is mugged, WTF! But there's a silver lining.....bits and pieces of her memory are starting to pour in and she also feels a connection to the handsome man who saved her from the mugger.
That devastatingly handsome guy? Cole Parker. Ya'll.....he is the alphaiest (not a word) alpha to alpha and I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!! He plays NO games. While Mia's working through the memory flashes she's been having recently she's trying to figure out the pull she has towards him.
Jack. Jack is Mia's "boyfriend" I say boyfriend in quotes because there's something about him that I just don't like. There. I said it. He's there for Mia, endearing.....and sympathetic but even Mia isn't sure that she feels everything for him that she should.
So as much as this story is romantic, hot, steamy and intense it's also SUPER thrilling with a layer of mystery. Someone from Mia's past is out to hurt her and when you can't remember everything then you don't know all of your enemies.
Jack wants to be there for her and Cole demands it.
I NEED you to buy this book immediately and have your jaw hitting the floor the way I did when the plot twists hit me HARD!! AHHHHHH! I need book 2 like NOW!
I don’t think I have read anything this addicting by a new author in some time; I couldn’t put Come Back to Me by Trilina Pucci down. This book will seduce you into thinking you’re reading one thing than captive you with the twists and turns. I don’t want to give anything away, just know that you will not be sorry that you read this book. Mia and Cole will have you wanting a drink, cold shower, and be begging for the next book.
** I received an advanced copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review, thank you so much Trilina!**
4.5 sexy sweet stars
To start off I'll admit at the start I had a little trouble fully getting into this story. I was unsure how I felt with the pace and my feelings with main heroine Mia, she was a bit too easily told what to do despite how she felt inside about situations happening all around her. But about 35 pages in I was hooked.
After finishing this book I really had to sit back and think about how exactly I could review it. How could I put it into words without giving too much away? Honestly I can't say much because it's just too good to even try and dumb down to avoid spoilers.
To give it to you as best I can let me say this: READ IT. You're in for swoon worthy sweet moments, thrilling suspense, more twists than a pretzel and scenes so steamy they are sure to make you blush. This is one of those books where you're never quite sure what's about to happen but you know it's going to be intense and you know you won't be able to put the book down. It's one of those books that hooks you and refuses to let go till the very last sentence.
Come Back to Me is the debut book for author Trilina Pucci, and let me tell you guys she KILLED IT! This book is full of steamy romance, but it's also suspenseful. I hung onto each and every last word in this book, flipping through the pages like a mad woman until there were no more pages!
This book revolves around Mia West, who after a devastating accident a year ago is trying to piece together her life even though some very important memories are missing. With everyone hovering over her life, Mia doesn't know what to do next while living in an unbearable state of limbo.
All Mia knows is after a run in with Cole Parker, there is something important no one is telling her. He was there for her multiple times to save her, even when she couldn't recognize him. Mia will risk it all to find out the truth about her life before the accident, and what role it is that Cole plays in it.
Mia and Cole will have you needing to take an ice-cold shower afterwards. This book is hot and steamy with the perfect amount of charm. But that isn't all, things will come to light and there will be different twists and turns! It moved fast for me, and although I was slightly confused at times the storyline fell together perfectly. Overall great book so go read it!!
My Rating: 4.8 Stars

Gahhhhhh! She slayed me with her words.. Mia West being mugged and left for dead twice, struggles to grasp for reality. Having no recollection of her memory, there's a big hollow gap within her. With the help of her family and friend Alex (damn, every girl needs a BFF like her), she's slowing regaining herself.
Cole Parker.,excuse me for a minute, I need to calm down my inner fangirl. Silly fangirl 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️.
Having met Cole Parker, a gap begins to fill itself within Mia. With bits and pieces of her memory coming back, together they rediscover their passion and trust for each other.
Enter Carter Williams, the man behind Mia's trauma or NOT. That's to find in the second book of the series.
There's a massive cliffy at the end, which will leave you wanting for more. For me, this book is a thumbs-up and I'm thankful to the author for providing me with an arc. 😍 😘 FOREVER WIT ME, here I come. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
This book packed quite the punch. It pulled me right in from the beginning. Theres mystery, love, drama, a hot sensitive alpha male. I really liked this book. I couldn't put it down. Mia has gone through a traumatic experience and has lost some memories. She struggles everyday, knowing something is missing. When her memories come back through flashes of pictures, she is determined to fill in the gaps. Something about Cole Parker pulls her in, there is a magnetic pull to this guy, something so familiar. Cole Parker....Cole...Cole....Cole.....This guy makes me swoon. He's sensitive, determined not to live without Amelia again, he's admitted to not being able to survive a day without her again....like whoa.....swoooooon......He's sensitive, loves hard, alpha male, takes care of whats his, protective, and sexy. I can't wait to read the conclusion to this book!!! I was hooked and I can't believe I have to wait for the ending!!! ARGHHH sighhhhhh.....Trilina knew what she was doing when she wrote this. I need more!!!! Loved it!

Come Back To Me(Book#1) by Trilina Pucci– is the first author’s debut romantic suspense novel in duet. The author starts out with the intriguing and suspenseful storyline about young woman's trauma. This romantic story was full of turns, twist and also uncertainty throughout, bringing a lot of inner conflicts into young woman’s life.
Mia West is a woman who has no knowledge about her life before the assault. After this traumatic event, she once again gets attacked and mugged by someone. Luckily, Cole Parker drives by the alley at the time of the attack and stops it.
She is confused and lost without her recollections of the past events also develops panic attacks that are rocking her daily life without apparent reason. Cole is a very successful, wealthy, and sexy man who knows what he wants and gets it. Mia is drawn to him, incapable of denying the pull, almost as if she can’t help how he makes her feel.
Whenever she comes across something related to her past, it triggers her memories to come in random flashbacks, that with time becomes more disturbing and scary. Sadly, Mia West gets more confused by the flashing scenes of her traumatic experience and starts to question whenever to trust people around her.
I loved both Mia and Cole chemistry, and their struggles and uncertainty made me question Mia’s mental state of mind. Mia was strong even without her memories, she held her ground and without knowing what she is missing she portrayed mature personality. Saying that she also was in a strange uncommitted relationship with overprotective, unrespectful man.
Cole Parker was pretty mysterious and super sexy, but perhaps because heroine herself was confused, the suspicion was clouding their new relationship.
Cole is strangely protective of Mia, and at first, it made me question his intentions. But he also listened to her point of view and was capable of compromising, giving her space to grow and heel in her own time. This journey was quite a roller-coaster for the heroine, from the moment she meets her savior again to the very end leaving me curious about what will happen next.
This book had me riveted from the very beginning until the final page of book 2! I read both in a day because I just needed to know how this story ended.
Mia had a traumatic experience that left her afraid yet wanting to move forward. She knows what happened but can't actually remember. Now living with her college roommate and starting to date again, her life is coming together. Then an attack sets everything back in motion. She begins to remember. The past is coming back...
Twists, turns, secrets and then the truth! I don't want to give anything away. I went into this story completely blind. I enjoyed other books by this author, so I one-clicked and just read. Great characters, suspense, off-the-charts chemistry and incredibly hot sexy times!!! I LOVED IT!!!
***Received an Advanced Readers Copy in exchange for an honest review by the author - thank you Trilina***
Wow. Yep. Wow - that is all I can give. For such a strong storyline from a debut release I am beyond floored. I am captivated and I am conflicted yet confused.
So why would I say that? Well easy, Mia is a victim of an attempted assault a few years prior, one that traumatized her so badly she lost several tidbits of her memory; you would think she could move on but then she is mugged which triggers more lost memories, her fearing for her life and more drama than one person should handle. On one hand you have the powerful hero, Cole trying to win her over with his dripping sexual appeal and charismatic personality while on the other spectrum you have Jack - the guy who was randomly visiting another woman in her apartment complex yet when trouble calls he calls himself Mia's 'boyfriend' - talk about soap opera.
Mia is somewhat a mystery to me. Like most of the characters in Come Back to Me, but even as the main perspective and character she completely baffles me. And honestly, how can you blame me? Mia is a mystery to even herself. This level of twist building for the character growth is riveting, it completely aids in the suspense of the novel. Where she is smart and curious, she is also faulty and quite childish personality. She has such a one-eighty change on her personality spectrum that as I get more of her backstory into her accident she completely changes things up throwing me a curve ball.
With the two love interests, if you can consider them that, in Mia's life continues to grow more questions. Obviously there are secrets from both Cole and Jack, but also surrounding Mia involving other secondary characters. Jack is obviously creepy, I'm sorry, he irked me from the beginning introduction. Cole on the other hand was also something of a reclusive mystery. Though he was more adamant on this awkward insta-connection with Mia, he was the possessive hero of the story - but why? I was constantly questioning every dynamic for the worth of both Cole and Jack's characters towards the plot. Obviously they held some significance to everything, but what?
You can see where this might be going - love triangle. But honestly in my opinion, did Jack even really have a chance? He was completely overbearing towards Mia, and still I cannot get over how creepy he was towards every situation. He was quick to throw insults towards Mia, he was slightly toxic character.
I will also admit that at times the dialogue had a certain level of awkward feels. Plus with Mia's personality, I understood she was a weaker mindset, lord knows I would be, but she seemed rather childish, inferior. Why couldn't she just be her own person? She was constantly depending on Jack or Cole to be her hero instead of being the heroine herself.
All I can say right now is I am completely and utterly confused. And I mean that in the best of ways. This entire suspense of the plot took me for a ride and it is still rounding my head in full spins trying to keep up. I love cliffhangers to stunning climatic builds like these; as a reader it leaves you completely questioning your sanity, trying to devolve the true mystery of each character leaving you wanting more. I cannot wait to dive into Forever with Me - looking forward to finding out the truths behind the character dynamics, I just know I am in for a ride.
Oh boy! What a roller coaster ride of emotions!!! Supense...check, witty dialogue...check, angst...check, and hotness...this checked all the boxes for me. I was engaged the whole time. If you're looking for a fast-paced, book with a lot of romance and mystery, I suggest you get this book right now. Oh, let me just throw in that I loved the alpha hero. The perfect amount of bad ass and humbleness that makes my romance pants go crazy. Well played Mrs. Pucci...well played.
Come Back to Me, WOW! I went into this book blind and it did not disappoint! About half way through I thought I had the ending figured out, NOPE! If you need a good suspense romance THIS IS IT! But do not start this book without book 2 on standby because that ending😳 I love me some thrillers & romance books so if you can give me both in one book, I’m sold! ❤️
Trilina weaves a tangled web of emotions with her debut book! Ahhhh the feels! This book hooked me from the start and kept me hanging on through all the very twisty turns and ups and downs. I felt connected to Mia from the start and just got more invested in her as the story progressed. She goes through so much yet remains strong and feisty. And Cole, sigh, so dang swoon worthy! He even gets more so when you find out more about the story! Add Alex, the fiercely loyal, feisty and funny BFF and villains who are so infuriating I won’t mention their names! (Plus no spoilers) and you have a book that you cannot put down until you finish!
This was a freebie I stumbled across on a list of book deals. I’ve been obsessed with amnesia storylines lately so when this popped up I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be one of the craziest, most ridiculous and confusing stories that I’ve read in a long time. It’s a slightly dark, over the top soap opera. I know two stars looks bad, but the text with that rating is “it was ok” which I think is accurate. I didn’t exactly like it, and yet I was oddly fascinated and I thought the storyline had potential.
In the very first chapter our narrator, Mia, is mugged. She’s rescued by a guy who looks familiar, but she faints before she can figure out who he is. Then she almost catches an intruder in her apartment, and discovers she may have a stalker. The main suspect is a man who tried to rape her 18 months ago. Mia tracks down her rescuer wanting to know why he looks familiar. She is instantly attracted to Cole, but she thinks he’s hiding things from her. She’s also already in a hot and cold relationship with a guy named Jack, but it is overshadowed by her intense feelings for Cole.
Then Mia has a flashback to the night she was almost raped. That’s when her family finally tells her that she has amnesia. She knew she had blocked out the attack, but she didn’t realize she actually lost the previous two months as well. The doctors advised her family to let her try to regain her memories on her own, and they are now starting to come back. The rest of the book focuses on Mia’s struggle to regain her memories, her complicated relationships with Cole and Jack, and the mystery of her stalker.
There were so many things about this book that confused me. For example, I didn’t realize Mia was unaware of her memory loss. I kept wondering why it wasn’t mentioned by anyone, why she wasn’t questioning certain things. I’m kind of amazed that she never figured it out on her own. I also think it’s crazy that it was kept from her. I get that she was traumatized, but she forgot some really important things. How long were they going to keep everything from her? I thought the story was difficult to follow since the narrator was unreliable. I get that we were meant to be in the dark like Mia, but I didn’t feel like it paid off. Mia doesn’t actually figure anything out on her own.
I thought the relationship between Cole and Mia had potential, but I didn’t always like Cole. He’s possessive and at times domineering which doesn’t appeal to me at all. He’s also extremely violent at times. Mia thought it was hot when he beat a guy up, but it was a major turn off for me. I did like how he stayed loyal to her and believed in their relationship so that’s a plus. As for Mia, she kind of baffled me. She wants to break up with Jack at the beginning because she thinks he cheated on her, then she’s clinging to him and calling him her boyfriend, then pushing him away again. Admittedly he’s as hot and cold as she is, and she has been traumatized, but I could never figure her out.
One other thing that turned me off was the awkward, stilted and at times cheesy dialogue. Especially at the beginning I found it distracting. It doesn’t always flow very well, and I’d find myself reading passages multiple times as a result.
As I said at the beginning, this book is like a soap opera. I mean it’s completely ridiculous the number of times Mia is attacked and it’s incredibly convenient that she completely forgets a romantic relationship. It’s one of those books where you keep reading to see just how much crazier it can get. I couldn’t help but be intrigued trying to figure out just what was going on, but I was a little disappointed in the answers. I also had high hopes for Cole and Mia until I actually got to know them. The book does end on a little bit of a cliffhanger, but it wasn’t enough to inspire me to read the sequel. I kind of wish I could find someone to spoil it for me though. I’m pretty sure I could guess the entire plotline and it would be nice to know if I’m right.
Holy macaroni! When I saw the blurb of this book it caught my curiosity, but crap on a cracker...I was sucked into it. From the beginning I could see the threads of the plot shining ever so slightly like the web of a spider...that may be a deal breaker for some...but for me it put me more into the “I gotta know” frame of mind to see if I was right. Even though I kind of knew where she was going, she still had me on my toes.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the book. My only thing is the flaws of the supporting characters, but without those, there would be no book. It would have been a short story...if that. I am so bummed I read it before the next one came out. I have TWO DAYS until my pre-ordered book comes out to see where she takes these two....please please please be an HEA...from what they have gone through (for now) they 100% deserve it.
In Come Back to Me the main character Mia, is recovering from a tramatic incident that happened to her over a year ago. She's trying to piece back the parts of her life that are missing, but she struggling against depression and anger. To top it all off she keeps dreaming about a mysterious man, but she doesn't know who he is.
This book was so good, I really enjoyed the story line. It had the perfect amount of suspense, humor, and romance. I devoured it in one day. There were so many moments in this book where I was biting my nails in anticipation. I went through all the feels, it was amazing. I can't wait to read the second book and find out what happens next in this duology.
This is book one in the romantic suspense Forever Duet by Trilina Pucci. There is so much that happens in this story, so many twists and turns. I was quickly drawn in by the prologue and couldn't put the book down. I really felt for everything Mia had been through and was going through trying to make sense of her life since suffering a traumatic event and subsequent events. As time is passing she is trying hard to get her memory and life back in order but to no avail. Her parents, friends and those around her while well meaning are trying to control all aspects of her life and recovery. She has visions of a man who will play a major part in her self discovery and has strong feelings for and there's another man, Jack, that she is seeing whom she really has no deep feelings for but appreciates in that he is there for her. I was glad she did recognize the love and past with Cole and then it ends in a cliffhanger! I was drawn in to this story from beginning to end and I really can't wait to start book 2, Forever with Me, for the conclusion! As I stated before, this is a Very good debut for this author and I look forward to what is to come from her!!
So we’re to start with this one.... For me it was an interesting read. The author did out do herself.
Mia has been through a terrible ordeal. An because of that she has intense memory loss. But once again she has another ordeal and she can remember much. But then a face pops in her mind and nothing else. She wants answers and she’s going to get them. When she’s gets the answers she been looking for she never imagined Cole.
I really liked both of the characters. Especially Cole. He was so protective and a little mysterious. Ah and the end!!
I was a little confused at some parts but I’m hoping the second book will help with that.
Trilina Pucci is a new-to-me author. Come Back To Me wasn't anything I was expecting. The angst. The suspense. The thrill. The emotions.
The writing was just amazing, I couldn't stop reading and when I had to, you know because life, my mind just kept going back to this story. I wanted to know where the characters were. Where they were going.
Mia, goodness, the hand she was and kept getting dealt was just ridiculous. But, her strength. Her will to not allow herself to sink in it and her support system was amazing. The
Cole, Cole, Cole, the guy was just swoon-worthy, hot, sweet, caring, passionate. I could do nothing else but fall in love with him And this story.
And that ending! Aaaaaahhhhhh! I almost want to find the author and shake her and scream "you can't do this to me!"
Okay, this book. Where to start... I was lucky enough to receive an advanced copy, and I started to make new friends from page one. I usually only read a chapter or two before bed in the evenings, but I couldn’t stop! These characters are amazing and relatable, and people I would actually hang out with, so of course I was concerned for their well-being, lol. I read all night long, and was so caught between the suspense, the love, the witty banter, and the incredible sexual tension... I’m so hooked on this new amazing author, and only sad because now I’m waiting for the next one!
