Pros: Authentic Victorian patterns. I say authentic because I have some original Victorian pattern books and see many of the same brackets represented in this book. There are a good number of patterns. I've made shelf brackets, porch brackets and running trim using the patterns in the book. So, it is useful.

Cons: Still more advice on cutting and making the patterns would be helpful. This is really more constructive criticism than a true con.
