Define en Administración que no siempre las mejores ideas están obligadas a dar resultado y que lo errado al final puede dar resultado

For a book published in 1991, super good and still holds true to today, all centralized around the theme of constantly being outside of one’s comfort zone. When you’re comfortable, you’ve lost. When you get complacent, you’ve lost. If you’re not taking risks, you’re losing. It also hinges itself on another important point which is the emotion known as passion. You should be PASSIONATE in whatever it is that you do, and that success lies in where you can employ your passion unto. It made me realize that these goals that I’m setting for myself are subpar, and that I can be optimizing goals if they are secondary to a dream, because dreams are where passions lie. Supplementing goals as a means to your dreams and a measure of progress towards them is the real way to use goals. Other than those points, pretty bland themes but those 2 stand out so much that they outweigh a lot of the other stuff. Don’t forget about the concept of Serendipity too!

Thought this was a bit over done. Yeah, we get it, keep looking at things to improve in the long-term, but I would not recommend this book to a younger employee or business owner.

Even though this book is 20 years old, much of the author's business advice is timeless. Are you spending too much time in meetings and "groups"?!?! Break out of the box thinking, visualization, do what you love, don't be married to your job, and believe in serendipity. I'd like to see an updated version!
