Oscar describes all of the grouchy noises he likes, including trays crashing, jackhammers, an off-key band, traffic, and, of course, banging garbage cans
My step-nieces and I read this to Natalie while we were visiting. Most of the characters were the ones from when I watched the show, meaning not Elmo, Murry, Rosita, and Zoey. The book was simple and fun. There were different loud sounds described with some fun language and a picture to go with each.
