Love the pictures in this book. While it is a picture book, it is not really intended for small children. This requires the ability to read and follow the directions, as well as work the maze type puzzles in the book. (Although you use your finger, rather than a pencil.)

I have to admit, I love the pictures in this, and got it when someone in the GR group What's the Name of That Book was searching for it. It just sounded so fun that I had to get a copy. I now have something to amuse any visiting kids for a while.

I would check this book out every single time I went to the library when I was little. I'm very happy I own it now.

This book is gorgeous, humorous, creepy, and mesmerizing. You can always find something new. The narrative itself is super fun along with the mind-blowingly beautiful illustrations.

It terrified me as a kid, so... I hid it. And never found it again. And could not remember the title or the author, I am quite glad I randomly stumbled on it again!

Stumbled across this book while searching for another activity/puzzle book, but this one seemed so much fun and the illustrations looked so lovely that I had to order it! (secondhand, eBay)

This isn't a puzzle book like the Where's Wally?, where you have to search the page for certain items, it's more like a choose-your-own-adventure picture book, but illustrated.

Two kids are looking for their uncle, traveling from door to door, all pictured on extremely detailed drawings spreading two pages each. Every drawing has a million things going on, and every time I look at one, I discover more little things happening.

Can't wait for my niblings to grow up so I can read this book with them. :)

This book is marvelously imagined and crazily detailed. One of my favorite picture books as a kid!
