This was a fun read. I honestly do not remember any of these stories from when I read this book, oh..about 25 years ago or so. I had it in third or fourth grade and it was a great book to be seen with, very cool, everyone wanted to look at it.

It's a shame they don't have an image here on Goodreads, but these stories are crafted very well. For instance, the one I just read had a couple watching Breaking Away as the NBC Weekend Movie in January 1981. You get lots of small details like that, and they really give these 1 to 2 pages stories a fun punch.

I'd have to say I like the other volume of scarier stories better. Many of these are just that - weird or strange or 'oh, imagine that,' not really 'did something just move behind the curtains?'

Found this little gem at my local thrift store for 25 cents and I'm glad I did!

This is a very nice little collection of many short "true" ghost stories.

It reminds me of watching mysteries at the museum as a kid, lol

I think my favorite story was probably the last!
