An utterly delightful book...Full of fantastic recipes; the chemistry behind ices, for those who want to experiment and create and the history behind ices, along with some great illustrations from ages past.

I'm not sure you'd need any other books if you love ice cream, sorbets, parfaits and other 'ices'.....

Heartfully recommended
