For some reason I have been reading a lot of non-fiction books. This was a fun book to read and each page was a strategy (110-this the title) with a quote and then short narrative about the reasons why it was selected and ways to achieve the tip or motivation. Some of the 110-Rise and Shine, Exercise, Cheer up your Space, Laugh, Smile, Enjoy the Now. I had many takeaways but off to do one of the tips- "Do it by Mail." I received a snail mail note from a friend and it was an true act of kindness and I am off to do the same. This was a fun easy to read and use book with some simple usable inspiration ideas.
