It took me awhile to get through this book, but it was worth it. It allowed me to understand what my strengths are and what I can work toward. The book also gave me suggestions on what type of work and career I might want to look at. All in all this book gave me more information and suggestions than I ever receive from a career counselor.

I found this workbook to be really helpful. It is definitely more than just quizzes, it was almost a set of guided career counseling sessions. The text can be a little self-helpy, but working through all of the exercises really allowed me to compare my interests, values and skills which lead me much closer to choosing a career path than ever before and set me on a course to get my degree in something I am sure will be satisfying and exciting!
