A great book that teaches you the overlooked topic of shyness. John Marshall M.D. does a great job in explaining the different types of social phobia people face when it comes to friends, work, and marriage. I enjoyed reading the book and defiantly would recommend it to others. 90's psychology books have such a better feel to them than the modern day stuff. Check it out!

Awesome read didnt took me long learned alot from many phobias and indivual clients dealing with their phobias. Alot of facts and statements that caught my attention. Can't belive there are people who have worse then others. A lady having her family washed their hands with lysol but with their feet yikes that's about overload!
