48 pgs. This is a great True Book that focuses on solar power. It discusses everything from the basic principles of the sun and how its energy affects the earth and can be used to current devices and machines that harness its power. The photos are outstanding and help a reader understand a complicated concept. It includes diagrams, drawings, a review of the book with key concepts, true statistics, resources, glossary, table of contents, and index. It would be great to use for reports or a basic introduction to the concept. Highly recommended for Grades 3-5.
