Life is constant assimilation of information. We vary greatly in what is of interest to us and how we process it. One thing is sure; we all have the ability to learn. This process begins when we are children and first realize that there is something out there. Some of us are taught to wonder while others of us are taught not to ask. As we develop, we store information in different ways. Some ask and understand while others have to experience things to remember them. The information presented in this “Six Phase Program” is organized in a transitional format that progresses from clarification, discovery and understanding our actions, to reunification through willingness and change into a level of experience and self-security wherein one may honorably lead others into a new lifestyle of personal prosperity.

Function By Default by Keith Simpson is an insightful exploration of how humans learn, develop, and evolve through the steady accumulation of knowledge. Simpson’s “Six Phase Approach” provides a structured pathway from clarification and discovery to willingness, change, and eventual self-security that helps readers understand not only why they act as they do, but how they can reshape their lives with intention.

The book stands out for its thoughtful, transitional format. Each phase builds naturally into the next, allowing readers to reflect on their habits, recognize personal barriers, and grow into a healthier, more confident version of themselves. Readers who value self-improvement, introspective guidance, and practical frameworks for change will find this work both grounding and transformative.
