Logan has returned to Roter Himmel. Once a peaceful haven for the Royals, it is now a kingdom of chaos and distrust. The people may love their queen, but she has never ruled them on her own.

Sevan has seen Cyrus work miracles long ago, and learned his methods herself. His curse has sustained stronger than death before but the visage of Cyrus’ demise is undeniable. Still, Lo

Crown of Ruin is the third book in Keary's Crown of Death series, which is within the House of Royals world. I am really enjoying this series just as much as I did the first series in this world, which is saying a lot.

Crown of Ruin starts off exactly where Crown of Blood ended - the cliffhanger of all cliffhangers - Cyrus is dead. He isn't resurrecting after a few hours - the man was beheaded. Now Sevan/Logan must figure out how to prevent Roter Himmel from erupting in chaos and having the Crow

This is a fast paced story that kept me on the edge of my seat, I couldn’t put it down. This story picks up right where the previous book ended. I do strongly suggest reading this series in order for best enjoyment. The author takes us on an incredible journey with plenty of twists and a few surprises thrown in. I’m looking forward to reading what happens next.

Didn't care for the romance and WTH on the timing... But much more intriguing plot!

Well colour me surprised that this isn't the last book in this series. I am now all caught up and in no hurry to return to Roter Himmel, due to my love/hate relationship with Logan and Cyrus. Sevan I can rally behind but if I had to read Logan say "takes my acid" one more time, I would have been ready to throw the whole book away!

Insurgents are nothing new in life or this series but I just wish it was different. We did the Battle of the Bitten with Alivia and the humans turning against the vampi

I love this series and I love the way Keary Taylor gives so many sides to each character yet keeps them true. Cyrus is both mad and loveable. We get to see him react with Alivia and I enjoy seeing Ian thru another set of eyes.
At the beginning of this book we see Logan/Sevan struggling not only with the loss of Cyrus and trying to meld the two parts of her together but she also has to defend their kingdom.
Logan/Sevan proves to be just as strategic and vicious as her husband, and just like Al

OMG! I know that when I read a book by Ms. Taylor, I will: get my heart torn out of my chest, be left in a state of uncertainty, or be afraid to see what’s going to happen next (or all of them) and this latest addition to the series is no exception! I’ll try to keep spoilers out of this review, but I have to admit it will be hard. We all know what happened at the end of the last book, and Logan has to deal with the consequences of that. I love that she steps up and succeeds so well at something ...more

Crown of Ruin, the 3rd book in Keary Taylors Crown of Death Saga, and one of the best shes written to date.
Logan finially gets to Roter Himmel, as Sevan, Cyrus's long awaited bride however things arnt what they should be considering Cyrus was beheaded hours before.
Keary flawlessly blends Logans's grief with action, showing just how effective a queen is even without her king.
Logan faces her biggest trial to date as she navagates through her mother, learning her fathers identity, discovering just

Finished this yesterday and I had to take today to mull it over before writing this review.

I love being back in this Universe Keary Taylor has created, I can almost envision Roter Himmel and its inhabitants now. Glad we're getting to know both Logan AND Sevan and it's great storytelling to have both Logan and Sevan's points of view, and they seem to be working together.

I know I'm pretty much alone in that I don't actually hate Ian. If anything I find Alivia more annoying than Ian, I can underst

Wow! After the last book left my heart in shock and wondering about all the posibilities that could happen, this book didn’t disappoint! Logan has definitely stepped up and be the Queen that she needs to be. It has been interesting seeing how she deals with what happened to King Cyrus and how to keep their kingdom together. I love how we see a lot of Alivia in this book as well. Some revelations has been unexpectable to be and the ending is definitely another cliffhanger to me albeit it wasn’t a ...more

Fast paced, secrets, betrayal and full of surprises.
I think this book is like a fast twisting rollercoaster, so much happening and so fast.
The King is dead and Logan arrived to try to take over as Queen and rule. She has not given up and Cyrus and becomes a blended Logan - Sevan. Alivia and Ian try to help her, but don't know everything.
Logan finds her dad at court after Alivia identifies him but something is amiss.
Be ready for a fast and exciting read. This may be the best book of the series.

As long as Taylor keeps writing, I'll be reading what she writes. She is the master of twists and turns! This deep into a series, and she's still got my FULL attention. A main character with two women taking up mental space? That would be incredibly difficult to write, yet when I'm reading, I don't think about that for a second. I get sucked into the world she's built and the fast-paced thrill ride of the plot and I'm captivated to the very last page. Loved every second, and will wait with great ...more

Another thrilling read!

I'm just going to say I love that the character Logan is evolving more. It's like she is not letting Sevan rule the day. I also love the fact that now it is the Queen calling the shots! Only thing I wish is for longer books, these just seem to quick of a read. Given more time and pages i feel like some of the other characters could get more time focused on them.

I really hated how Crown of death ended and I was glad I didn't have to wait long for Crown of ruin.
This book was really good. I love how Logan held her own and proved her worth without Cyrus - showing her kingdom she is just as ruthless when needed.
It has twist and turns and surprises and I look forward to the 4th book :)

King amd his queen

While Sevan returns and seems quitel level headed Cyrus is a bad tempered nutcase who will kill anyone. No wonder his people are turning on him. Very enjoyable book as is the whole series

OMG!!! I thought the second book in this series was a cliff hanger and it left me breathless but this one, holy heck...I feel like I’m weightless, hurling through space. I need the next book NOW! Wow!!!

Love story

This book didn’t feel as action packed as the others, and didn’t have as many irons in the fire. It was the story of Cyrus & Sevan/Logan, which is wonderful.

Okay let start by saying Keary is the Queen of all cliff hangovers. I thought the last one was bad enough but this..

However you may have noticed that this only has a 4 star rating compared to the other crown series which has been 5. I feel whilst I love Logan, Cyrus relationship and troubles, the more Keary writes Logan the more Alivia persona has changed to point it not recognisable at points. Whilst yes this series is Logan series not Alivia's. Alivia started it all in the house of Royals her

It took me a little longer to finish this book. I’m finally done and Oh My Word. It had me in a emotional roller coaster. But I absolutely loved it. This is so good from start to finish. Logan/Sevan she is one bad ass chica. Cyrus well with him, well you’ll have to read this book to get what I really wanted to say. I love Aliva and Ian always. They are good supporting characters in this book. With the Aliva and Logan situation, I’m glad it all worked out. The man that is Logan’s real father I wa ...more
