For this one I'm giving it a 3.5 star. The book was an adventure and drama for Selene's story.  I enjoyed reading this, but it wasn't as good as other books in the series.  The romance part and the suggested FF and MF sexy scenes were very limited (which I missed). It does include a few surprises and heeps of action.

G.R. Lyons stumbled into writing as a form of trauma recovery when traditional therapy wasn't working.

Then the story ideas just kept on coming.

Pulling from a vivid imagination as well as real-life experience as a trans man, a sexual assault survivor, and a person living with mental illness, Lyons has written multiple, interconnected series set within his fictional world of the Shifting Isles.
