When true love is at stake, what depth is too deep?

After the complete destruction of the clan’s dome, the five dragon warrior brothers were forced to find a new and safe location to form a fresh start.

Taryn Miles needs a quick escape from her past, and when the CEO of Disneyland Tokyo loves her unique pin-up look, he offers her exactly that. Taryn’s excited to start afresh in a new country, new job, and a new life.

With the body of Mr. Quade still missing, Attor -second oldest of the dragon brothers- struggles to fight his unease. He knows while a dragon still breathes, the Phoenix will never stop seeking vengeance.

A chance meeting with the flame haired pin-up girl and Attor is torn between the need to protect the clan, and his desire to follow his heart.

Can this crazy connection float?
Or is it destined to sink under the weight of true love

I really enjoyed this book, and I’m loving this series! I mean, what’s not to love?? Paranormal romance, shape shifting, dragons, phoenix, owls!! The romance is usually a bit predictable, but the action scenes make up for it.

Book 2 in the Apalala Clan series is fantastic. I love the way Attor is portrayed. I love the storyline, the characters as usual from this author, are so well written that you can't help but fall in love with them. Looking forward to more in this series

Absolutely loving the dragon brothers! At the end of immersion we find the apalala clan relocating their nest!

Now I’m Japan Attor is angry and wants revenge on the Phoenix, and has his own agenda, find Q and kill him, easier said than done.... especially when a mate is involved.

With this authors awesome attention to details and wonderful storyline you will find yourself immersed and completely engrossed with the depth of this story, That being said expect an explosive adventure that has you yelling, crying and laughing out loud at the antics of the dragon brothers.

If you enjoy paranormal romantic comedy then this is definitely a series for you!

You know you’re reading a great book when you get annoyed with anyone or anything that interrupts your reading. Unfortunately, that happened many times while I was reading Depth, the second book in the Apapala series. I love this author’s writing so much, I went back and reread the first book in this series before I started Depth. Immersion took me on a familiar journey which led me to Depth.
I love the Dragon brothers! Not only are they gorgeous (Dzintra’s descriptions paint an awesome picture), but I love their personalities, even when they’re being dickheads. (Can I say that?) Even though most of the characters belong to the paranormal world, they’re real. Or is that just wishful thinking? (A girl has to dream.) Not only did I get to know Attor better, I was able to spend time with his brothers (sigh).
But Depth isn’t all about sweet-smelling roses and happy times. Spoiler alert: Who knew a phoenix could be so horrible? These characters, both the good and bad, kept me flicking those pages as fast as I could because I wanted to find the answers to the questions in my mind. I also wanted to reach a happy ending. But did I?
Although you could read Depth as a standalone, I recommend reading Immersion first. You won’t be disappointed.
I gave Depth 5 glistening stars.

I begged and begged for this book. I was blessed Dzintra gave me a copy (which I will buy on the 8th and in paperback)

What can I say she drew me in from the moment I opened this book as I already loved Voolos. So V making me swoon all over again was pure pleasure.

However, I couldn't stand Taryn and then a few chapters later I was rooting for her. I wanted her to have a dragon, I wanted Attor to have his mate I wanted Taryn and Attor! That is the brilliance of this book. I hated her and then Dzrinta made me love her.

Then a MASSIVE plot twist simply minds fuck you.

That's all I will say because you need to read it for yourself. I'm counting down the days for book 3 which is a big thing for me because I struggle with 3rd POV but Dzintra has a gift.

Dzintra Sullivan hasn’t written a single book that I haven’t loved!
The Apalala Clan has finally settled in a new home after theirs was destroyed. Attor is still angry. He wants revenge on the Phoenix that did it. Instead he meets his mate Taryn. He smells like lemon tarts to her. The love is wonderful to experience. The twists and turns will have you saying OMG out loud. I laughed, cried and shouted throughout the whole book! The family feels will make you go...awwww.
Seriously, you need to read this series! What are you waiting for? Go get a copy!

Go on yet another roller coaster ride with these incredible dragons. Twist and turns, unexpected happenings and an incredible love story. Fall in love with these dragons and long to be the one they protect. Dzintra draws you in hook, line and sinker with these characters and her amazing story line. I’ve read the book twice already and am waiting with baited breath for Book 3 in this awesome series.

I loved this book as much as I did the first.
Ok, so you know it's going to follow certain paths the first book took us on. But holy hell, the characters are GREAT!
You totally see a different Attor. He's mean and surly. Enter the lovely Taryn to melt his heart and he's like butter, he melts! lol
Taryn is like a breath of fresh air! The woman's a toughie! She takes no nonsense and has no fear of putting a man in his place verbally...or physically!
With so many secrets abounding, there are shocks galore.
I cannot wait for another book in this series.

I loved how we find out more about the Phoenix as well as that they aren't all evil but still can you trust a phoenix even if they seem like they are on the right side? It was great to see Attor who is is the broody lets just go annihilate every Phoenix find out what its like to be attracted to someone when you have other priorities like helping his Clan trying to settle in their new environment and the Phoenix appearing to be closing in yet again. There were some great lol and nail biting moments and a good few twists that had me wondering how things would end in this book which made it an even better read!

Oh my gosh, book two was better than book one and that’s saying something.
Attor is not himself after the attack and relocation of his clan so when fate decides to cross his path With a mate he’s thrown into complete turmoil.
Taryn is hiding a secret and it’s one no one could have guessed !
With twists to unravel and the deadly conflict between two species rearing it’s head, a dragon down, a mates life slipping away, not everyone will survive.
This story is an edge of your seat hold your breath rollercoaster ride with danger, drama and the every present sass of Kylee that has me in stitches.
This is a fantastic must read series.

DEPTH follows straight on from IMMERSION. The Apalala Clan have relocated after their home was destroyed by the Phoenix...

Attor isn’t feeling himself. All he can think about is revenge on the Phoenix. That is until he meets Taryn...

You can’t help but love these Dragon Brothers. Astor’s story was full of action, suspense, lots of plot twists and moments that had me laughing out loud. Can’t wait to read more of this series.

Simply amazing!

An exceptional sequel to the clan’s story. Fall even more in love with the warrior brothers of the Alpalala clan and share in their turmoil to avoid destruction from the Phoenix.
I loved getting to catch up with Payton & Kylee-her sass never waivers. Their new friend is quite the match and they make a great trio. Fate is a funny thing, and brings them all closer than they would have ever thought.
Any wait for the next novel, and to see who fate decides to kick in the butt this time...

I love this new series!

I love Dzintra 's stories! It's so good. But I always make mistake to start it at bed time and am a zombie the next day, because I CANNOT PUT IT DOWN!! You will come to love the guys and the girls. I time or too, I cannot lie, laughed so hard I snorted and woke my husband. Was totally worth it. Peyton and Volos are great characters, and you don't miss with all of V's brothers. If course, I got the next one.... So stay tuned.

After finishing this book, I’ve concluded that Kylee seems to just be attracted to the weird and paranormal. And she’s totally awesome. If only there were a dragon for her...She’s absolutely fearless when it comes to the safety of her friends, including new friend Taryn. And she’s not what she seems either. Taryn has some deep and potentially very unsettling secrets for the dragons. But she is perfect for Attor. He has changed some since book one but the trauma of what they experienced really did a number on him and Q is still at large. Fresh danger and more suspense. The ending really got to me and I wasn’t sure what was going to happen, but dang, it left me on the edge of my seat!

The battle between the Phoenix and Dragon's continue in Depth, but the twists and turns along the way keep you on the edge of your seat.

More dragon hotness...Dzintra Sullivan always creates the best characters and these water dragons are sensational. Depth is another example of the outstanding writing expertise of this author.

Attor, second oldest son of the water dragon king, is filled with unease for the safety of his clan after their dome was destroyed by the Phoenix and they had to rebuild from scratch. Taryn, sporting a knockout pin up look, finds herself in hot water as a murder suspect and grabs an opportunity to flee the country.

Once again the humour in the story is fantastic, this author has such a fabulous wit which is woven throughout the story. For example the way she describes Attor's genitals-"...his eyes closed as he tried to regain communication with lil’T and his two-bed buddies." Too cute! Add to that the ongoing drama with the Phoenix and terrific characters and you have one thoroughly entertaining and engaging book.

Fantastic descriptions make it so easy to visualise the story and many are fun as well, for example-"He really is one sexy son of a nutcracker." Taryn thinking about Attor. Plus analogies that are not only extremely accurate but make you chuckle out loud, e.g. "The shock of what she was seeing dried up her libido faster than dildo shopping with your grandmother." 😂😂

On a serious note there is plenty of action and suspense that keeps you on the edge of your seat too.

I thoroughly recommend to everyone to read this book but if you haven't read Immersion, book 1, do that first! 😉

Sexy Dragons

Sexy Dragons! Another excellent read from Sullivan. The brother warriors of the Apalala Clan are mighty, sexy, and hilarious. The adventures the get up to protecting their clan, their home, and their mates make for smooth engaging reads. Once again Sullivan shows off her excellent skill at mystery pacing, romance weaving, and natural camaraderie and hilarity between characters.

Throughout the story my heart broke and mended over and over again i found myself, on more than one occasion laughing out loud hysterically. Not to mention the countless times I woke from Sullivan's recounting and had to remind myself i wasn't actually IN the tale with my friends. I rated 5 stars based onpacing, readability, hilarity, character engagement, and plot development.

I CAN NOT wait for part three of the club's story!

Debonair Dragons and Freaky Phoenix

Every girl dreams of a distinguished, attentive beau as a partner, except Taryn. She’s had enough go wrong in relationships, and wants no part of the misery that can come from the wrong ones.

Add to that the need to lay low so she’s not found, and the complications Mount quickly. When the mate you’re drawn to is also a warrior dragon things can get quite hot, whether an eons old feud raises its ugly head or not!
