This isn't your mama’s Cinderella story. Cinderella doesn't know this prince is a billionaire. When we met at the ball, everyone’s eyes were on her. Including mine. She wanted me out of my tux as much as I wanted that dress hitched around her waist. I’ll admit it, that kind of one-night stand almost took me to my knees. Before I could get her name—she was gone. I can’t stop thinking about that night. Those dark curls, pouty lips and sweet sounds of surrender she made. I’d like to repeat what we did when no one was watching. She’s the perfect remedy for my broken heart. But I never expected to find her working as the florist for my best friend’s wedding. Only problem, she thinks I’m the groom.
Mr. Charming is a super steamy mistaken identity romance. It has a HEA and NO Cliffhanger. Enjoy!

First of all this story is only about 25% of the book. I hate that and it seems to be a violation of the KU terms of service and is apparently a tactic that cheats other authors.
While the story had its moments, overall this is very amateurish. The editing/proofreading is horrendously lacking. The storyline is simplistic and there is very little character development. I did feel compelled to finish the story just to see how the author was going to get out of the mess she created of the story. But I definitely wasn’t reading any more of the books included in this book.
Nicole Elliot has written an extremely entertaining, captivating and romantic story. I absolutely loved this book and couldn't put it down from start to finish. “Mr. Charming” involves Tristan a handsome billionaire whose divorce from his cheating wife has been finalized and Emilia a beautiful, intelligent woman trying to build her florist business. Tristan and Emilia meet at a charity gala and the sizzling sexual chemistry between them is undeniable. They have incredible sex outside in the gardens but when Tristan returns with their drinks Emilia is gone. They meet once again at her florist shop to pick out wedding flowers and Emilia mistakenly thinks that Tristan is the groom. Can they clear up this misunderstanding? Do either of them really want a romantic relationship? This well-written, emotional story has a wonderful mix of drama, fun, heartache, passion, misunderstandings and romance that lead to a great HEA. I absolutely recommend this book to all romance lovers. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
A steamy well written spinoff fairytale. Great storyline and plot. The characters are likeable and have an amazing chemistry and passion between them. A one night stand that amazes both parts but he wants more but how can he find her without knowing her name. Love is never easy and with exes and a lot more thrown at you it is really a fight to get what you want. A romance that goes straight to the heart. An emotional roller coaster that brings the reader through a lot of stages. Sadness, hurt, passion, love, lust, joy, fun and more. The twists are just giving the story the push towards the five star review. They are unexpected. The story is a bit in the short end but in spite of that it has it all. Would have liked it to be longer. Amazing and enjoyable read.
Good story lines and characters but too many errors to be thoroughly enjoyable.
The plots to these books are good and the characters are easy to connect with. The errors are what I got caught up on and why I’m giving these books only 3 stars. Probably spellcheck at its best for most of them. But what bothers me the most are the name errors. Maybe there were name changes just before publishing, but not all of them were changed so all of a sudden a brand new name appears for a few pages and then disappears for the rest of the story. Or a character that’s not even in that scene is quoted as saying something, or a character references themselves when it should be a comment about another character. Too confusing when I’m looking for an easy, fun read.
Its a wonderful, enjoyable, well-written story that I couldn’t put down. An emotional roller coaster that touched me all the way to the heart. Emilia is the florist that Tristan's mother hired to decorate the gala. Tristan is trying to end his marriage from his cheating ex wife. They meet at the gala and have a fling with no names excganged. This story includes eveything you need sadness, passion, misunderstandings, fun, hurt, twists, lust, love, joy, and more to try and find their way to eachother. I voluntarily recieved and reviewed this ARC. I will definitely be adding this to my permenant library.
DNF This book was stupid. The couple met and had sex within minutes, outside, at an upscale charity event. The next time they saw each other, they again had outdoor sex in a place they could easily be discovered -- this time in broad daylight. The author couldn't remember whether Tristan made millions or billions on his tech company. The author also didn't do any type of research into how a flower shop runs, the turnaround time for placing orders, or what is involved with decorating a huge venue on 2 days notice ... nothing to make Emillia believable as a business person. This was such a disappointing waste of time.
Tristan, So, how did this happen? A beautiful young woman at a ball-- Who disappears before midnight, and takes a piece of your heart with her. Just when you wanted to believe again…
I’m a romance junkie. Consequently, it’s about all I read. I like the dark edgy ones, sometimes. I like the complicated chess game of love… sometimes. And sometimes… I get tired of the angst and the darkmess and look for something… sweetly satisfying. This book fulfilled that requirement perfectly. Bottom line: Cinderella done right, never gets old. 5 stars.
A Review of Mr. Charming: A Mistaken Identity Bad Boy by Nicole Elliot
Tristan and Emilia - 4 Stars
A modern day Cinderella story with a twist. Tristan finds out his wife has been cheating on him, so he files for divorce. When he has to go to a gala, he meets the girl of his dreams, but she disappears on him when he goes to get drinks. A wonderful tale with some great characters. Plenty of 'feels' to make you happy to read this one.
**Honest review voluntarily provided from a Complimentary Copy**
I loved this charming read. Fun and sexy, this book sweeps you into the engaging storyline and keeps you turning pages. I adored Tristian and Emilia. They had such chemistry and I could really feel the connection between them. The mistaken identity plot line adds tension to their relationship. A very pleasurable read. I'm posting a completely honest, voluntary review after reading this book.
Sweet, feel good kind of love story with some heck-of-a-good chemistry between the main characters! Definitely an underscore of a fairy tale in this story. Think characters that have elements of fairy god-mother, prince charming, and the heart of a princess. A few bits were a little slow and hard to follow but overall a good book. I received this as an ARC in return for my honest review.
I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book and this is my honest review/opinion. This was a fast fun read. I enjoyed it as a distraction. the plot is good. It was able to keep my attention. This version came with four other books. They were all different genres, which was nice. Not reading the same genre one after another was very great. These stories are for 18 or other.
Cute quick read was not really a lot of plot but it all worked well, I thought that Emilia was a little too protective of her life and should have been more open with Tristan. I woul.d have liked a little more drama or plot such as the ex-wife showing up or something overall it was a cute book that I enjoyed.
From their first meeting Tristan and Emilia were destined to be together. I loved Tristan and his back story was great. I am glad that Emilia wasn't some poor, struggling and needy heroine. I enjoyed reading this story. The chemistry between Tristan and Emilia was undeniable and their relationship developed organically.
I'm finding these endings kind of frustrating every time they come! I at least expected Emilia father to be at her Wedding to walk her down the aisle and Tristan's family to meet and approve of his new wife especially the mother who didn't like the last wife from the start. To much missing here and there in the story but still a good one.
Overall, I enjoyed this book. It was a quick and easy read. (I read it in one day.) I did feel like Ivy was a little too easy, having sex with Tristan after only speaking with each other a short while. Tristan seemed to rebound from his divorce quickly as well. There were many typos and grammatical errors throughout the book that was a bit annoying, but otherwise I enjoyed the book.
Love the mistaken identity, did she really think he's the groom? The names are different. Yes, flower shop girl is in love but can't stand him. She thinks he's cheating on his fiance.
Love the ballroom scene. It starts to get interesting after that. Wow Romance during a ball in the Garden where anyone can see. Hmm....
I do think there could have been a good story with that plotline, however, the execution wasn't very good at all. I personally don't get how the characters had any chemistry, besides physical. Some parts just didn't flow well at all, and to be honest, the characters got on my nerves. I just think there wasn't any actual problem to keep the story moving along. Overall, it was just very bland.
This is a sweet mistaken identity romance. The storyline is very good with steam, misunderstanding, exes, and good characters. I liked this book. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.
I love this take on Cinderella, it was funny in places and it captures your attention and imagination from the beginning, and it had me turning the pages as quick as I could.
I received a complimentary copy and I am voluntarily leaving my own honest opinion
I hate when I have to give a poor review but I have no choice. Grammar/Spelling police - 911. Decent plot but a bit too much dragging on as if needing to make minimum word count. Supporting characters were far stronger than our leading lady.
Sometimes it takes more than second chances to get your fairytale.
A recently divorced millionaire an a single florist hit it off at a gala she put together for a client. No names or information was exchanged due to a emergency cutting the night short .
Mistaken identities always complicate things. It was great reading this Prince Charming story. Ups and downs, highs and lows, hot and cold all describe this great novel. I read an arc, this is my honest review.
Arc review For honest review. This story is a great story it's of how Tristant meets emilie at a charity party ,this family held .Emilie is a florist and Tristan is a divorce computer guy.
