Cade Terence, a former SEAL, has spent the last two years physically recovering when his unit's truck drove over an antitank landmine. Six other team-mates were also badly hurt, the seventh dead, in what their team leader Badger Horley realized later had to be a trap set to take them out. The father of Laszlo, a member of his unit, was in a hit-and-run. Investigating this ...more

Cade is the third episode of the Seals of Steel series. Though a stand alone book, the story is a follow up of the previous episodes, with welcome guest appearances of the protagonists of Dale Mayer’s other Seals series.
In this book, the mystery surrounding the war incident in which the team members were severely injured thickens and new, disturbing developments make the story a little darker, surely harsher, keeping the tension high at every page.
Additional members of the original team join th

First, I need to state that this is not a standalone novel. The story arc continued from the first book, through the second one, and this book as the third picked up right after the last one end. It’s not possible to follow the story without reading the previous two. Furthermore, if you haven’t read SEALs of Honor and Heroes for Hire series, you’ll find yourself feeling a bit left behind as there were quite a lot of references to these series.

So, now the team, minus some member due to various co

A man who's determined to find the answer and a sassy pilot who's coincidentally got mixed in this dangerous mess. Oh yessss love the story. The thrill, the action although not as much as the previous books, but the intensity is superb, when there's a big lead to the big mystery that's going through this series and everything became more dangerous, I can't put this book down, it keeps me on edge all the time. And love those sweet moments between the main characters, such a sweet breaks from all ...more

Wow, talk about intrigue! The underlying story, which began in book one, continues with a few twisted and heartbreaking surprises. Cade travels with Lazlo to Norway to check on his father who was involved in a hit and run. What they discover will open another can of worms in regard to their investigation. Faith is visiting an injured friend in Norway and inadvertently gets pulled into the intrigue. Cade and Faith grow closer together, and are both extremely supportive of the other. I received a free complimentary book and voluntarily reviewed it.

I cannot say it enough: I love this series! It has lots of absorbing non-stop action. I also love the relationships between the “SEALs of Steel.” They have a camaraderie and closeness that many military men have when they, closely, live together and work together. It is, especially, found during dangerous situations where a group of men must rely on each other for their safety.

This series has a storyline that runs through all of th

Investigating is leading to more questions and speculation...

CADE, brings us to Bk 3 in the Seals of Steel series. Oh boy, the plot is getting deeper and takes a decidedly twisted, heartbreaking turn for the Seals of Steel team. As Cade and fellow teammates travel to Norway to investigate Lazlo’s father’s accident, it leads to more questions and speculation, with some despicable and atrocious realizations unveiled. Coincidences, that are becoming all to real. A hatred turning into a whole new l

CADE - SEALs of STEEL
Dale Mayer

I was kindly provided this book as an ARC; in exchange for my honest review. CADE - SEALs of STEEL is book 3 of Ms. Dales “new” series. I will reiterate as usual it will assist you to read SEALs of Honor and Heroes for Hire books in order to fully understand all the characters & nuances. This book centers around Cade & Faith; and the evolving story as to who/what happened to Cade’s SEAL team when they were ambushed by an IED in Afghanistan. For this series it is

These just keep getting better!

What a fabulous series! The SEALS of Steel are HOT!! Cade is the third book in this exciting new series! Eight men in their military truck were blown up by an anti-tank mine. One died, the remaining seven are severely injured, missing limbs and very slow to heal. Suspicious that the blast was intentional, these men are determined to find answers. Cade and a couple of his buddies travel to Norway to check on fellow SEAL, Lazslow, whose family is not well and end up

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Wow. This is a thrill ride. If you have not yet started Dale Mayer SEALs of Steel series, you don’t know what you are missing. This is the third book in this series, however you can read each book as a standalone without really missing any important details. Admittedly, I enjoy reading the first book in this series. I enjoyed it so much I had to read the next two books, and I am so glad I did! Cade is enjoyable and exciting at times intense.

This is the third book of the series. However, you will understand more if you’ve read earlier books of this series and the other two series by the author before you read this one.

If you want to read what the book is about, read above the reviews.

Our hero in this one is a man who was a soldier and is now medically discharged. His whole team of SEALs hit an IED. He lost one teammate and all the others were injured in some way. They’ve lost limbs, internal parts and most important confidence.

With Badger still in serious condition after his surgery, and Erick needed to act as point person and contact with Mason (SEALs of HONOR) and Levi (HEROES FOR HIRE), Cade, Talon, and Laszlo are taking their next step in finding the person who has been hiring hit-men internationally to not only destroy the surviving members of the truck explosion in Afghanistan two years ago, but also to kill four, possibly five, of their family members through hit-and-run and other auto accidents. In the third book of the SEALs of Steel series we get Cade’s romance with Faith. Cade and Faith first meet when sharing a cab home from the airport, but then have a surprise meeting in Norway. Faith has gone to be with her girlfriend who is hospitalized, and the guys are there after finding out Lazlo's father was hit by a car.

I’ve been eagerly following the story about these guys and who caused the explosion that maimed them while in the service, so I eagerly read an early copy of this one. I ad

Books are my one great escape. A chance to disappear into someone else’s life for just a few hours.

This is the 3rd book in Dale Mayer's Seals of Steel. I will mention that in order to fully understand all that is happening in this book it's advisable that you first read her Seals of Honor series and books 1 and 2 in this series. This book centers on Cade and Faith.

The suspense continues to build in this 3rd part of this series, more information is gradually coming forward. Also things that were thought to be unlucky events could possibly be a lot more suspicious. I am loving these books, each one moves the guys investigation a little further on without giving to much away in each book, like a gentle tease. In this one Cade also meets someone a bit special but who is dealing with some upsetting problems of her own. The tension and some sadness combine to k ...more

Another smart and sexy military suspense romance!

This is a terrific story, the third in the series telling the story of the men who survived an IED and the women that help them heal. The romance is standalone, but the ongoing investigation ties all the books together.

Cade is in Norway investigating the hit-and-run that nearly killed his teammate's father, and finds Faith, a woman he briefly met, at the same hospital at her friend's bedside. As their paths continue to intersect, they're inexplic

I liked this book, but it wasn't my favorite book in the series. This book didn't have the action I expected and there were no situations where they needed to use their SEAL skills. There were still a lot to the book that I loved. I liked how character's from the other series made appearances in this book. You didn’t need to have read the previous series but if you did it was nice having them involved. I liked that this book delved more into the personal lives both physical and emotional aspects ...more

SEALs of Steel Series Book Three
Cade Terence is in charge of the next leg of their mission. Along with Laszlo and Talon, they head to Norway to find out if their latest theory could be right. It's too unreal to imagine to be true...but it looks like it might be. As if their team hasn't been through enough the past two years, now they have to deal with something even more sinister.

Badger has more issues and Kat declares he can't be on point for now. Much to his dismay, Erick becomes the main contact, so he's there for Honey as she supports Kat.
As Cade, Talon and Lazlo start putting together the facts about accidents that have taken family from them, it becomes obvious there is some kind of
