There are a lot of ways to increase the productivity in your company, a lot of them are expensive but if you do not have enough presupposition for this year and you are looking for productivity. You can try with the most important issue in your company. I mean the Human Resources.

All business is simple human relationship involving money and this book is about how you can improve working with your staff taking 52 action tools.
52 action tool to work with your staff, each one a week. it is about diffents topics. (motivation, comunication, planning, training, and other)

This book inspired me with phrases like "we take the fiscal paycheck to the bank but pyshic paycheck we take to the heart" and you find a lot of this phrases in this book.
