In 2019 I visited Kilmartin. Its a long rolling valley on the west coast of Scotland a bit south of Oban. And it is jam packed with ancient remains, cairns, stone circles, standing stones and rock carvings. It is a wonderful place for a day's wander. I came across this book now in 2024 and I couldn't resist a little trip down memory lane. It's a glossy introduction guide to the place with lots of good photographs. Nothing too indents, in fact with the layout and level of detail I could imagine each open page spread could make a good information board.
